Had a great stay Phillippa and Paul at reception were amazing the stay was great roomwas also awesome family had a great time

all round excellence. very clean and comfortable room, the charming staff (Elizabeth and Phillipa) were very welcoming and helpful.

Elizabeth & Phillippa always welcome me with warm smiles when I arrive for work. They are always willing to help and deal with any queries I may have! Lovely staff and makes it a much better stay. The hotel itself is always nice to stay in. Always clean and rarely anything wrong in any of the rooms. Signal can sometimes be an issue but that’s a small issue as a whole

Room clean and recently updated with nice lighting and refreshed decoration. Quiet and convenient location. Special thanks to Caroline who sorted out our booking changes quickly and efficiently. We have tried several premier inns in Cornwall - this one is the best so far.

Room clean and presentable receptionists Phillipa and Elizabeth made the experience really special. Table Table restaurant experience on the day of arrival was good

The two ladies on reception Elizabeth and Phillipa were brillant nothing was too much trouble for them. My first room had a leaking toilet and they got me a room sorted within 5 minutes. I frequently use this hotel for business and keep returing because all the staff are plesant and happy to help however they can.

my room,32,was spotless. quiet and relaxed. quick check in.tea and coffee in the room. great shower,nice towels. soaps supplied

Stayed here last year and thought it was great. Sadly declined this year. No receptionist for ages on arrival and then fobbed off when asking if possible to check in early. Bath grimy and definitely not been thoroughly cleaned. Restaurant (I know not part of this) but seriously gone down hill from last year.

Was booked in by a very lovely lady Joanne on the reception also absolutely love the beds and pillows and never any surprises with premier apart from having a bigger room than usual very happy with it so far would definitely come here again in the future.
