"Stayed over for one night on a business trip and from the get go I was met by two lovely ladies at reception. Lizzie and Jamie. They made me so comfortable on check in and couldn’t have gone out of there way anymore then they did in making sure everything was to my Satisfaction, The room was also very tidy and up to a high standard. I also went with the meal deal in the restaurant just across from the premier inn and the food was lovely. What a pleasant Stay and will would highly recommend."

"The reason I chose Travelodge was because your site said it featured a king size bed. Wrong: it was a double bed. Too small for two grown adults. The block out curtains didn’t work…the outside light simply shone brightly in the room around all four edges. The “breakfast to go” was a waste of money. Never again, Travelodge. Will be Premier Inn next time."

"Made a last minute booking at this hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy and hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. Special shout out to Lizzie on reception. Very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, excellent customer service. Would definitely book this hotel on any return to the area."

"The smell in the corridor and room was a cross between stale smoke and dirty mop and was really off putting. The bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for a while, with hairs and dirt everywhere. The desk chair was broken and the windowsill was rotten. The view from the window was a demolition site. However, the bed was clean and comfortable and the shower worked well. "
