wonderful stay with beautiful balcony views of city. Upgraded room in clean spacious room. Excellent customer

Very little amenities, not much toiletries such as toothbrush, no slippers. Also faulty air conditioning which took time to get it working. Telephone is broken.

Good location - restaurants near by but mostly closed (possibly due to the time of year we stayed, checked in 29th December for 3nights). Ezy mart 2 doors away. Parking a bit tricky but can manage free street parking on the weekend. Hired a king executive room - had king bed with a sofa bed (double), had plenty of room to move (we had 2adults and 3kids - 12, 11 & 3yo). Stayed on the second floor which was the same floor as the pool/sauna/gym, pretty convenient. Pool was large, cold but loved that it was indoors. Breakfast was good too, sufficient to start the day. Staff lovely and helpful

Little issue with room to start but sorted after some discussions. Difficult for parking (though nearby free parking outside overnight). Facilities, swimming pool was good. City centre a block or so away, though Canberra is quiet after 5 pm. Lots to go see and now the new light rail outside the hotel. Generally good.

Stayed at Novotel Canberra for 4 nights for work. It was a really comfortable room.
Location was fantastic.
Gym n pool really good- although gym was tiny. But great for a quick workout.
And concierge parking awesome in car park.
Great service guys. Will definitely stay again.
