It’s a very nice building, clean, air conditioning is great, pools are nice & the beach behind the building. My wife & I were good satisfied. We will come back soon.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful, but it’s not really catered to the tourist industry out of Mexico. It’s more catered to the local people when I stay there again yes

Property was NOT SAFE!!! Property was not sanitary. i had to change rooms and it was still unsafe, No security. I inquired with the front desk and my safety concerns were not addressed. I checked out 2 days early, I WANT A REFUND!!

Bed was hard pillows flat noise in room from the main road noisy and loud. Bathroom to small staff excellent and customer service excellent Management beverage and food top notch fabulous. Also need more entertainment doing the day around the pool and more nights shows.

Great pool and beach areas, friendly staff, food on site, restaurants close by, uber available, close to Idla Mujeres ferry.

My deal package was all inclusive!!!! There was no shuttle service!
When we arrived to the resort they offered us only the room. We had to pay for all meals, transportation and trips to the islands!!
It was a very expensive deceiving deal..!!!!
Will never go there again!

I don't think pictures have been updated in 10 years. All inclusive doesn't really mean all inclusive. Only certain things are included. Food was horrible. Appeared to be a resort for locals. Very little people spoke English at all.

It was noisy, loud hip hop music playing all day at the pool area. Funny hours at the bar.
