"I didn't like the stay from the very beginning: an hour's delay in checking in, rude behavior of the reception staff, unwillingness to help or spend the delay in comfort. The keys to the room (one of two per room) did not work for 24 hours; the staff were unable to solve the problem and constantly re-registered the entry to the room from one key to the other. Both keys did not work at the same time. I liked the food, but not varied, for a few days of stay I consider it good, but if you stay for a week or more - I do not recommend it. The drinks in the central bar are good. Thanks to the employee Gustav for helping with the check-in, I can't say the same about others. The shower was broken - water flowed in a powerful stream from the mixer (room 202) The hotel is not worth the money, if there is an alternative - it is better to take another one."

"Everything was amazing at Sandos Cancun. There are around 4–5 restaurants with plenty of food options, and 3 large pools, so it never felt too crowded. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 5/5!"

The food was a bit disappointing compared to what I expected, but I appreciated that it felt like they prepared everything with guests in mind, allowing us to fully enjoy all the amenities."
