It's great beach property with good room size for sleeping over... Not much of dining options in the hotel but outside walkable everything.

I loved this hotel and wished I would have stayed here longer. It had newly been updated and was clean and comfortable. The pool was right next to the beach and the restaurant had yummy dinners and looked to use olive oil instead of the bad for you seed oils in some menu options. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that the Cancun Plaza and Best Beach Hotel have two separate check in areas. I wish they had some signage to make sure you are checking in at the correct location. They share a parking lot and the Best Beach check-in was in one of the hotel rooms which was not well marked.

This was a good hotel and a great price for on the beach. A/C worked great and no hot water issues. Didn't try their restaurant. Only complain was no in room coffee that would be included in most hotels. Instant was free at the small management office. The room had an A/C that blew hot air onto the balcony which was annoying, especially given the amazing ocean view room. Older facility, but kept up well. Closet was too small to use for an open suitcase, shelves and storage though.

Great place to stay, comfortable beds, clean, great view and lovely beach walking. It’s an older place but well kept! Kitchenette could use a toaster and a coffee maker, but otherwise nothing bad to say!

Clean, modern place at the south end of the Hotel Zone, good access to beach. Not great value for the price.

The stay was great. Restaurant had great food choices and great drinks. Loved the pool. Staff was very nice. The pool had a great view and was great for my toddler. Love the stay!

The property is somewhat old, but we’ll maintained and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We only stayed two nights and our room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, which worked well, a microwave, coffee maker and dishes for four. All in all it was a good stay and I would return.
