Beautiful place, but the location is not great for walking to restaurants. As a senior woman, I was not comfortable walking around the area.

We had a great stay at this property. Isaac at the front desk was pretty helpful and hospitable. It was close to the beach, and easy distance from the tourist attractions. Although this property didn’t have a whole lot of parking space, we didn’t have problem parking our car.
The sunset view from the rear of the property is amazing. It’s quiet and cozy.

Casa Tortugas feels like staying in both your own quirky apartment and someone’s grand home. It’s quiet, friendly, and immensely comfortable. The staff is wonderful—kind annd helpful—and the Sunzet Bar is a perfect place for a quiet drink. It’s also right across from the Isla Mujeres ferry, which I used multiple times! It is a bit isolated, but buses, taxis, and Uber are easy and cheap.

Casa Tortuga was absolutely amazing. Truly a hidden gem indeed. The staff was very responsive, the hotel was beautiful with unique decor, and very clean. It's secluded in plain sight. Quiet and peaceful at night.

The house staff was always present. The owner was also on-site. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The site was more than expected, very enjoyable.

We had a pleasant stay at This boutique Hotel. The pool area and views are magnificent. Our room was nice but I was disappointed that there was no television in the main room and the furnishings were very sp****. Didn't feel very luxurious but the bedroom was comfortable. It was difficult to get service from the staff there due to language barrier. Overall it was nice and I would possibly consider staying here again due to the quiet, adult atmosphere and lovely views.

Wonderful hotel! Lobby and common areas nicely arranged and clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quite big, looking out to the ocean. We used the pool area and lounges several times and it was very peaceful. Our only complaint is that the food/restaurant selection nearby was very limited. After a long day out sightseeing, we just didn’t feel like getting a taxi to head into the hotel zone for dinner. Plan on grabbing something while you’re out and about to bring back to eat. Would definitely stay there again!
