I took my sister on this trip to Capetown. Everything was awesome. The service was top tier, from the concierge assisting us with local places to explore , to the on sight restaurants. I’ll definitely come back in the future.
I was just disappointed with the hair on the bathroom floor upon checking in. We also had to request robes & sleepers as opposed to finding them available in the room.

Spent a week in this hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful, room big and well equipped, breakfast is great, lot's of choice, swimming pool quite small but very nice, location is good, there is free parking outside or in the garage of the hotel.

Have a problem at check in , the manager (Dean)make all to solve the problem. The hotel is amazing , renewed rooms . Breakfast is suberb, special thanks for the chef preparing the eggs , best eggs Benedict in cpt.

하얏트레전시라는 브랜드를 보고 꽤 훌륭한 시설을 기개하였다가 실망함 클럽룸이 있지만 별다른 서비스를 기대하면 안됨.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. A special thank you to their concierge, Sedeeik. He was amazing with arranging personal tours for us and made my wife's birthday quite memorable.
