"We had an absolutely wonderful time stying at this unique property at the foot of Table Mountain. The hospitality was unsurpassed - Jordi, the fantastic manager, ensured that everything ran perfectly smoothly and went out of his way to meet our needs. The food we ate there was wonderful and lovely Molly baked the most delicious cakes, and thoughtfully always with dairy free options for me (I have an allergy). All of the staff were just so lovely and warm. The rooms were spacious and the views just stunning. Thank you all for giving us such a special stay with you."

"First off, the location right by the beach is absolutely flawless! You get unbeatable sea views, and stepping out means you're right on the sand – super convenient! I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town, and definitely suggest renting a car as Uber can be quite pricey there. Also, remember to bring a 3-pin international adapter; the hotel sells them but they're very expensive!"

"During our stay, housekeeping removed items from our fridge and later admitted via WhatsApp that they had thrown them away, mistakenly assuming we had checked out. We had not. The items were valued at R1,500. What made this worse was management’s handling of the situation. The manager was dismissive and later claimed the staff “did not find” the items - directly contradicting the written admission previously sent to me. That inconsistency speaks for itself. Nearly a month later, no refund has been processed and communication has largely stopped. There were also repeated privacy breaches. Despite displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff entered our room multiple times. On one occasion, a staff member walked in while I was completely naked. This was reported to reception, and no formal apology was ever issued. Mistakes can happen. What defines a business is accountability. In this case, there has been none. We made every effort to resolve this privately and professionally before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and follow-through has left us no alternative. Proceed with caution."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. Located at the foot of Table Mountain, the service was warm and courteous. There's a bar upstairs with beautiful nighttime views of Table Mountain and the city. The breakfast was customized and excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. I would definitely stay here again next time."

The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any of my request. The location was perfect — close to shops, ocean , public transportation , walkable place I especially enjoyed my walks,, place serves breakfast although I’m not heavy on breakfast it’s good to know I have that option"

"There is no words to describe the absolute Joy we found in staying at this establishment. From the welcoming arrival until we left no one put a foot wrong in the kitchen, cleaning or waitering. Walking on the beach or drowsing around the pool or balcony and the view is stunning with Table Mountain as a backdrop. 100% recommended. "
