Maalesef havuzun keyfini çıkaramayacak kadar soğuktu ama çatı katındaki harikaydı. Spor salonu da faydalıydı - sadece ağırlık rekoru kıramayacaksınız. Sonuç olarak orada harika vakit geçirdim."

It gave me a sense of peace and comfort that even luxury hotels rarely provide. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to stay for over a month!"

"Nice hotel with great location. Mojo Market is right next to it and that makes it super convenient for food, drinks and live music most nights. The staff is super friendly, helpful and truly make you feel welcome. The only suggestion would be to let people know there's construction currently happening right next to the hotel which makes it a little noisy. Perhaps the hotel could offer rooms for a cheaper rate for the inconvenience. TVs might need checking as well. I was not able to use mine at all. Overall it was a great stay though. Thank you Mojo! 🫶🏼"

"The staff at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and has been mostly the same group of friendly, helpful, funny people for the last few years. I stay here every time I come to Cape Town. It's quiet and restful, with a stunning view over the city. The public areas are comfortable and well-suited to reading, drinking coffee, and getting some work done. The only problem is the showers, which can be a little tricky and sometimes don't have hot water."

"During our stay, housekeeping removed items from our fridge and later admitted via WhatsApp that they had thrown them away, mistakenly assuming we had checked out. We had not. The items were valued at R1,500. What made this worse was management’s handling of the situation. The manager was dismissive and later claimed the staff “did not find” the items - directly contradicting the written admission previously sent to me. That inconsistency speaks for itself. Nearly a month later, no refund has been processed and communication has largely stopped. There were also repeated privacy breaches. Despite displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff entered our room multiple times. On one occasion, a staff member walked in while I was completely naked. This was reported to reception, and no formal apology was ever issued. Mistakes can happen. What defines a business is accountability. In this case, there has been none. We made every effort to resolve this privately and professionally before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and follow-through has left us no alternative. Proceed with caution."

As a Muslim it's also very reassuring to know that they have a halal chef to cater for your needs and breakfast in the morning was an absolute treat prepared by a well trained chef who is Muslim herself. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation and it is ideal for a breakaway from life's huddle and bustle. "I had heard it was in a not-so-safe area, but there were no issues as cars could pull right up to the hotel entrance, and there's a security guard at the parking entrance, which made traveling by ride-sharing app perfectly fine. However, I'd definitely advise against walking, even for short distances. The staff were very helpful, and my stay was comfortable. I was too lazy to go out, so I ate at the hotel's restaurant several times, and it was excellent – delicious and inexpensive. I'd love to stay here again when I next visit Cape Town. I've attached photos of the delicious burger and T-bone steak I had at the restaurant."
