Nice enough rooms. Unfortunate restaurant and shop close really early so need to get dinner elsewhere. Also currently no liquor license .

The service was okay - one lady told us that we couldn’t get Ubers or takeaways but we managed to get both fine! Load-shedding was at stage 4 but wifi worked well from the bedroom, even during blackouts. Room was small but did the job! Good location for seeing the penguins and enjoying Simon Town…

Excellent location right by Boulders Beach. Comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly service. A great cafe with fantastic views too!

Quiet, comfortable affordable Sunday overnight stay for 5 in Seaview’s 2 bedroomed family room. Across from the beach & parking lot with a great view from the bedrooms. The unit was super clean, with quality white linen, warm duvets & blankets on each bed, a fan in each room & 2 pillows each! Coffee/tea, milk & rusks waiting in the well equipped kitchenette, as well as basics like salt& pepper, oil & vinegar. New appliances & clean! Water bottles in fridge. Welcoming easy check in and great communication. The courtyard with outdoor seating & tables was just outside our door to enjoy sundowners. We were very happy! Lovely free board walk along the beach called “Burghers Walk” to the right of the parking lot where we watched Penguins & had a dip in the rock pool. Awesome location!

At the beginning I told staf I made a mistake concerning the departure date. I got the message they would open the room & someone else would book it I could get my money back for those days. The specific room ended up being booked but they did not give the refund since other more expensive rooms were still available, I felt fooled & lied too. Overall staff was really kind and helpful but the manager was not. Also found & cought a few small cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was really pretty & location was good for seeing the pinguïns. Would not recomend staying or Booking for more than 1/2 days but good location if you want to see Boulders Beach.

We booked a "Standard Twin Room with Courtyard View" and that was excellent value for money. Very friendly staff, clean room, very quiet at night and veeeeeery close to Boulders Beach and the penguins. An ideal location to go hiking at Cape Point . The only 2 negative points: the walls are very thin so you hear the neighbours talking (but once they sleep it's very quiet). And they start serving breakfast too late (only from 9:30 while we are used to have breakfast at 7am, especially when we do day hikes.)
