More than what we expected. Our room looked over the sea with Faraglioni rock view. The room suite was fabulous! With a walk in closet, large sitting area and balcony, full size toiletries and roll up shades, so you can sleep like a baby. It is really better than what I can write here. The breakfast every morning by the pool was just wonderful. The staff were all very courteous and ready to help. Thank you Fabio for always greeting us with a smile and for the help. The location was perfect! We can't wait to go back!

Very delightful hotel. Nicely design and decoration, rooms with excellent beds and well equipped bathrooms. everything looks and is fresh and clean. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull. In short an excellent choice whenever you plan to visit the lovely island of Capri.

This was an amazing experience during our recent trip to the Amalfi Coast. Overall, the hotel is just excellent - the rooms, the service, the food, the location, the facilities, etc. However, if I had to pick one thing to highlight it would be the concierge, Giuseppe. HE WAS AMAZING! We arrived tired after a long journey, Giuseppe offered to check us in, even though it is not his job. He gave us an abundance of helpful information, made excellent recommendations, and took care of reservations for all our dining and activities. I would absolutely stay here again if returning to Capri. Fantastic! Honorable mention also for Francisco on the front desk who was extremely kind and helpful.

Our three night stay at La Residenza was a dream! All of the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable: Fabio, Fabrizzio and Giuseppe were full of wonderful recommendations at reception. Bar staff Enzo, Andrea, Raz, and Bruna make the perfect gin tonic and conversation. Friends stayed at La Mamela and said the staff were no where near as simpatico. We will all be back to book together at La Residenza next time.

The hotel is amazing, we loved everything! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast is really good. The service was incredible, all the staff was very friendly, especially Giuseppe who was super helpful in giving us tips and arranging services. We hope to be back soon! Thank you all the team at La Residenza!

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel twice in two consecutive years because we just loved it so much. Our room was stunning and had all the amenities you could wish for. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - right in the center of Capri, perfect for exploring the city and being close to all the major attractions. The hotel staff deserve special praise. They are always understanding, helpful and incredibly friendly. A big thank you goes especially to Fabio and Giuseppe for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to come back anytime and are already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic hotel.
