"Wow what a place! This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy. The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible! All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining. The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing. This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back"

"After getting off the ropeway, walk through the commercial street for 10 minutes. There is a delicious local restaurant next to it. You can also walk to a convenience store and ice cream store in two or three minutes. The grandfather of the hotel is very nice and tells me how to go to the attractions. From the hotel, you can walk to Augustus Garden in ten minutes. No steps are not very tired."

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

"Facilities: There is no signal for mobile phones in the hotel room, the Wi-Fi signal is extremely unstable, and complaints have been made many times to no avail. The bathroom design is unreasonable, either very large or very small. The hair dryer and other facilities provided are also average and do not match the price. The sofa is very uncomfortable. The restaurant breakfast is simple, and the Michelin restaurant for lunch and dinner tastes bad and is quite expensive. Hygiene: The hygiene is average, the cleaning is perfunctory, and the towels are simply changed, and the clothes are not folded. Environment: The scenery is excellent, and the location requires walking and climbing for almost 20 minutes to reach the hotel, which is very tiring and hot. There is a public viewing platform at the door, and there are tourists almost 24 hours a day. The corridor elevator in the hotel is narrow, and there is nothing good except the excellent scenery. Service: The delivery is indeed very fast, and they will also help to book boats, etc. However, the staff of hardware facilities such as Wi-Fi cannot handle it. In short: If you want to see the scenery, just stay for one night and take pictures. Don't even think about pursuing cost-effectiveness. It costs nearly 50,000 yuan for two nights, and the hardware facilities, restaurants and services cannot keep up."

"I really do hate to say this after looking forward to coming here - but probably would not stay again. The location and grounds cannot be surpassed. And service is great. But we had a 2 floor suite facing the pool - and it just felt old and poorly furnished (aside from the new and large tvs). No wall decor / art. Zero I mean zero floor coverings to soften the tiles. Even the marble stairs were bare and slippery. No counter space on bathrooms. And tiny bedside tables that hold nothing. Curtains hung in cheap plastic rings. It’s just not appropriate for an expensive luxury hotel. We just came from the Anatara in Amalfi where the room furnishings put this hotel go to shame. I will give props for the very good ac though."

"We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. The host Alex is very helpful with great communication, explaining to us on what's app how to reach the hotel. It is a 15 minute walk uphill from Capri Town, like all of Capri you expect to walk to reach restaurants and views. Room was very comfortable with view and little veranda, bed was great and the air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast is excellent and simple with lots of GF options. Coffee is made to order. We spent 3 days walking and exploring the island. The location of the hotel is very nice as you are away from all the shops & crowds & it feels a more authentic experience. I would highly recommend."
