We were quite disappointed about the experience, all was ok but nothing was quite right Check in : the desk can’t cope with the number of people at the time , as usually are families the situation gets quite noise , large and tedious, be prepare to access any time after 16,30..... Bed mattress need to be replaced, the have a long live Bathroom is a mystery how to get out hold the bath not having to jump over the vanities !! Location and view is a plus , if you book for sea apartment view !’ As mentioned , quite basic , under expectations for sure !!

Place is amazing. But the room was broken (safe not working, drain, telephone). Despite repeated efforts to get things resolved in a relatively vacant hotel, the staff never did anything nor tried to communicate to inform.

Great place to stay for a few days, close to the beach and nice staff. Too bad however that they did not replace simple things at breakfast such as black tea for consecutive days.

Beautiful place to visit.

We had 3 nights in a T2 suite apartment, with a large living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The space was great and all areas have a small balcony. Beds were comfortable. There seemed to be a lack of furniture in the living area - no coffee table or side tables so we brought these in from the bedroom! The supply of equipment in the kitchenette was a bit odd too - no small coffee cups, HUGE pots and pans, no frying pan, only a kettle for making coffee so you'd have to bring instant coffee if you want one in the room... it just seemed strange. A very good breakfast was included. We didn't try the swimming pools - the outdoor one looked pretty green and the area wasn't very inviting. A pity. Otherwise the facilities are attractive and the staff mainly quite helpful. The "amenities" in the bathroom consisted of a shampoo dispenser and a liquid soap dispenser (not very covid-aware!) and one individually wrapped soap for the basin. I wouldn't rush back to Troia for any reason (other than golf) but I guess this place is as good as any, although the surroundings are rather soulless and the nearby restaurants in the Marina leave a lot to be desired!

Good overall quality and cleanliness of the facilities. Spacious room with a small kitchen and spacious bathroom. Nice location as expected in Tróia. Nearby the Marina restaurants. A good option to be based and visit Comporta and Carvalhal areas and beaches.

Meine Frau und ich waren Anfang November 2023 für 10 Tage Gäste dieses Hotel. Wir waren Teilnehmer einer Golf-Trainingswoche, die von unserem örtlichen Golf-Pro initiert wurde. Unser Apartment befand sich im 9.Stock des Gebäudes, das insgesamt 16 Stockwerke hat. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht, alles in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Da gab's nichts zu meckern. Wir waren als Gruppe mit Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts Besonderes. Das Abendessen wurde als 4-Gänge-Menü gereicht. Nach der Vorspeise kam der Fisch-Gang, danach Fleisch und anschließend Dessert. Die Portionen waren mehr als reichlich, manchmal leider etwas kalt, was wohl daran lag, daß die Küchenmannschaft mit der Anzahl der Gäste (außer uns noch Gruppen aus Holland bzw. Norwegen mit jeweils 20 Personen) etwas überfordert war. Es fiel auf, dass es ausser Kartoffeln so gut wie kein Gemüse gab. Auf unsere Anregung wurde am nächsten Tag eine Art Ratatouille gereicht. Am Tag darauf wiederum kein Gemüse. In der Halbpension waren außerdem Wein, Bier, Wasser, Softdrinks und Kaffee während der Mahlzeit enthalten. Das Personal zeigte sich beim Ausschank wohlwollend. Das Personal war - sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant - insgesamt sehr freundlich.
