The location is great, very close to the beach and with easy access to the main areas of Tróia. The breakfast was also quite good, with variety and quality. "Terrible!! Potatoes in the room and they wouldn't allow me to change rooms due to the late hour, even though I had a 6-month-old baby sleeping in the room. I immediately checked out and was told they would refund the amount but that I would have to contact Trip Advisor. I informed Trip Advisor and requested a refund for the stay, as I hadn't even enjoyed one night of my reservation. Trip Advisor informed me that the hotel didn't authorize the refund. I will certainly not return to the hotel or use the services of the trip."

Huge beds, great pool, good service, large rooms, bathroom with bath and shower, promenade for walks. The hotel really was a pleasant surprise. "There is a lot to improve: the pool is abandoned. Completely run down and a safety risk. The authorities have been alerted. The rooms have pillows that are worthy of a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. There is a lot of noise in the room from any system working. It must have been outside the room because even with the switch off you could hear it. The service and friendliness are worthy of a 3/4-star hotel. Closing the door wakes up everyone in the hallway and the entire corridor. Paid parking with a parking lot next door that is closed. Poor. Poor in everything, especially in terms of the environment. To be avoided without a doubt."

"The house was great, the location was super central and there was a parking space in the garage. We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue..."
