We were invited as a family to a Javaanian wedding. The accommodation was comfortable. There was everything you need. Free WiFi, a rich fruit offer in the room. Very impressive was the incomparable service. The staff fulfilled all the wishes and was super friendly and helpful. The rooms had air conditioning which was also individually adjustable. The large double bed was very comfortable. The price/performance ratio was unprecedented. The buffet was very rich. There was a pool in the hotel area. It was noticeable that the dinner was also brought to the room by the staff. You could well understand in English.

Pulang ke Uttara, good name, good location and good hotel. We stay for 2 night for family trip and we enjoyed it. The room have a modern furniture, cleanest room and huge room. View our room to Merapi Mountain. The pool in roof top we can saw Jogjakarta from there. But the parking area must to improve, if we come back to hotel our car must valet and if we go out must to waiting the valet. Overall is good and hopefully we can stay to Pulang ke Uttara for next trip.

Staff are all friendly and very helpfull. Clean rooms and toilets. Breakfast standard taste and not many options, but it is ok compared to the room price. The downside is the uneven beds and blankets that don't seem to be replaced when checking in. The room TV dimly shows the picture, almost all the screen channels are full of ”muts” and often suddenly lack of signal. Whether the TV is broken or the electrical grid is broken. The AC remote doesn't work at all so the temperature can't be adjusted. If it's cold, to turn off the AC, the electricity flow must be turned off. Food/drink orders from the room come a long time ago. Order coffee and mineral water, 30 minutes later just delivered to the room. Overall, it's ok if it's just for a nap, not for relaxing at the hotel.

Strategic location close to supermarkets, malls, places to eat. Cheap price with satisfactory quality. There is netflix which makes it very comfortable. Very recommended for those who want to go to jogja in SCBD area. Nice experience will often book here. Comfortable pol. The service is okay and very friendly. The view is also top.
