Welcome to Deer Trace Cabins, located in beautiful Amish Country.Nestled back in the woods this Off the Grid Cabin will allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy the nature surrounding it. Unplug from the technology and enjoy the outdoors, listen to the birds and catch a glimpse of the deer that roam the surrounding woods. Located in the heart of Amish country only minutes away from local towns. So come enjoy the area, grill or smoke some food on the Big Green Egg, sit around a fire, have the kids play outside, or just enjoy the privacy. We hope to see you soon.The space is one floor with a loft. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, as well as one bedroom, the loft has 2 beds with another room having bunkbeds. There is also a Green Egg smoker on the porch. There is also a fire pit, and picnic table for guest to use. Behind the cabin is a wooded area with a deck and a fire pit. The cabin is beside a campground but is totally separated by a treeline for privacy. Exterior wood logs give the structure a "cabin" look but the light, airy interior gives you a more modern experience than a traditional log cabin.Inside the cabin on the main floor you will find the living room area, kitchen and dining room, full bathroom, and laundry room. In the center of the cabin an open loft area opens up to Bedroom #1 and private 1/2 bath. This and Bedroom #2 can be reached by one flight of stairs. Our luxury mattresses are a carefully selected custom blend of memory foam and latex with a cool cover fabric top to give you a luxurious, restful night.To encourage you to enjoy the outdoors and “unplug” for several days, we don’t have a TV. We do have free high speed internet, though, for your convenience.**During the summer months (May - October), we add goats, sheep, chickens and a couple cows to the field in front of the cabin. Welcome to the Oasis Retreat Cabin! This cabin was finished in 2017 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 6 comfortably with AMAZING amenities for you to enjoy! Tucked in the heart of Amish country, you are surrounded by the beauty of nature making it the perfect location to unwind and get outside all whilst still being with-in a mile from all the shopping and food Berlin has to offer!!Please Note: if you see another property matching this one , it is the same property, just a new host!*Open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling, a gas fireplace, large cable TV and comfortable seating in the main living area* Lots of windows to bring in the gorgeous views of the pond and the countryside!-Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all your cooking needs! Plenty of seating as well with an island with bar seating and a dining table for 6! There is a gas grill right outside on the covered porch for any grilling you may want to do as well.-There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a full bed, each with a full length mirror and closet with plenty of room to store your belongings. There is a full bath located centrally between these 2 bedrooms as well. -There is a washer and dryer on the main floor that you are welcome to use as needed at no extra cost-Heading upstairs you will find a nook with a desk and chair if you are looking for a place to set up for doing some work whilst visiting.-There is also 1 bedroom with a queen bed upstairs with a full length mirror and a closet for you to store your belongings. This bedroom has it's own attached full bath so no running downstairs in the middle of the night!Outside there is a porch wrapping around the front and 1 side of the cabin with seating to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You will find a PEACFUL setting here with a large yard surrounded by trees and the countryside. Leading you out back to the hot-tub and gas fire-pit, just follow the well lit concrete sidewalk. I might also mention that we have plush robes for you to use if you like!! The hot-tub is private and sits under a pavilion with sting lighting for extra ambience! The fire-pit is right by the hot tub with seating for you to enjoy with your group. (It's where all the best stories are told, right!)-You are welcome to bring your fishing gear (catch & release only) and walk down to the pond (it is a downhill grade to get to the pond area) where you will find a small pavilion with a picnic table and a wood burning fire-pit (wood is provided) with plenty of seating. No swimming allowed in the pond.
