I check in at midnight, staff warm welcome and helpful.
I ask for way to train station there recommended the easy way for walk with many luggage.

The location is very good and the service is very well. We go for city traveling after checking out and we can put our 4 luggages at the hotel. Reccomend!

This hotel is just steps away from the metro entrance and across the street from Changsha Railway Station.
The staff were very efficient and friendly at check in, apologizing for the nonworking elevator.
But the hotel operators are criminally irresponsible in their maintenance of the fire doors opening into the emergency stairs. When I attempted to exit my third floor room, the doors were jammed shut in addition to the handle being broken. Only by throwing my body against the door was I able to open it. When I returned about an hour later, the doors were jammed again.
It’s a sorry situation when hotel operators are so concerned about saving a little money on maintenance and local safety officials have so little motivation to do their jobs when lives could be lost as a result.

Location is great and it is within walking distance to the train station. A lot of food at the train station. The room is very clean & quite spacious. We arrived quite late into the night due to our flight & stayed for only 1 night. It's a very good location for transit travelers like us via train.
But the guy who was on duty was not very friendly though. :D

Wide choice of food for buffet breakfast. Free flow of ground coffee. Hotel is closest to Railway Station subway Exit 1 making it easy to commute to anywhere in Changsha.

Clean comfortable stay for guests needing to take the train the next day. Easy 5 mins walk to the train station

Very good location. Have Changsha railway station exit1 in front of the hotel. Around the hotel have many food and have favorite tea (sexy tea) nearby. The price is reasonable.
