A few highlights from my stay: 1. Exceptional butler service – The butler name正波 was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and caring. They even helped me return more than 10 parcels, which was far beyond what I expected. I really appreciated the extra effort. 2. Excellent laundry service – One of my favorite services during the stay. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. 3. Innovative technology – I loved the smart room controls and the delivery robot that brought my requested toiletries right to my room. It made the whole experience feel modern and convenient. 4. Perfect location – The hotel is in a very strategic location. "First, the good points: The staff's service attitude was excellent, pretty much accommodating every request. The breakfast was quite varied, and they didn't charge extra for my two children. Instead of welcome fruit, we received small fans, which helped prevent squabbles among the kids, as each got one (a friendly heads-up: the fans had splinters; one got stuck in my child's skin and had to be pulled out, so I'd suggest checking these small gifts more carefully)… Now for the issues: The location isn't great, about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway station. The hotel's facilities are quite average, even after I got an upgrade to what was supposedly their best double room – it was just okay. My friend's child unfortunately had an allergic reaction (possibly from dust mites) to the bedding, but the hotel handled it very well, at least they took it seriously and resolved it, so I won't post pictures. The elevator shook quite a bit, leading to it being out of service the next day before checkout, and we almost missed our train. Overall, the service made up for the subpar facilities, but honestly, it's better to stay near Wuyi Square. This location is far from everything."
