"I really have to recommend this hotel if you're staying around Wuyi Square – it was such a comfortable experience! The location is fantastic, right in the city center. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and Pozi Street, making it super convenient to grab some Heytea. The room has a lovely minimalist, natural wood style and is spotlessly clean. Plus, it features a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, so you can enjoy the view right from your bed. The best part is the smart home system; you can control the lights and curtains just by voice command – a real lifesaver for lazy people like me! The bedding was so soft, and they even provided tea bags. Enjoying a cup of tea while looking at the night view was just perfect. For breakfast, they have freshly made rice noodles, and they even give you a small cookie when you check out. There's also a pool and a gym upstairs. The service was excellent too, making for a truly hassle-free stay. If you're visiting Changsha, you should definitely give this place a try!"

"The location is incredibly convenient, right by Wuyi Square (just a few steps from Exit 7). It's super close to popular spots like IFS, Huangxing Pedestrian Street, Pozi Street, and Chaozong Street. Plus, both the high-speed rail station and Juzizhou scenic area are directly accessible via Metro Line 2. The hotel facilities are quite good; the interior feels pretty grand overall. The atrium is huge, and I even saw a wedding happening there. I got a free upgrade to a city view room, and the bathroom had a smart toilet seat. The service was very attentive. The customer service agent, Yezi, answered all my questions and even arranged a free late checkout! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"Environment: There's a dedicated elevator that goes directly to the third-floor reception. As soon as you step out, you're greeted by a lovely fragrance, and the whole place feels very well-designed. Service: The staff are all very friendly and accommodating; whatever you need, just ask. They all wear uniforms and greet you with a smile. Hygiene: The room was very tidy, and there was a subtle pleasant scent in the hallway too. The cleaning staff were also very proactive in helping to tidy up. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance."

As seen in the photos, the hotel clearly marks walking routes with cards for guests wanting to stroll around Meixi Lake early in the morning or after meals, and the non-slip treatment in the shower is excellent. The smart room felt dreamlike."

"I used points for breakfast, and for a supposedly 4-star hotel, it felt really underwhelming. There were plenty of Western pastries, but for Chinese hot dishes, out of the six chafing dishes, three were staples (steamed corn, incredibly hard fried rice, and yam/sweet potato). Only the remaining three were actual stir-fried hot dishes. The variety was even worse than some 3-star chain hotels. I definitely wouldn't recommend paying extra for breakfast here."

"The location of this hotel and the room quality for the price are amazing! It’s located right next to a metro station which is only one stop away from the central square, and from there you can take another metro line to orange island or to the railway stations - so this is very handy. The hotel is near lots of places to eat/shop, and the view from the hotel is nice. The room was nicely furnished, had automated controls for all of the electronics/curtains, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was not the most expansive, but was tasty. All of these positive attributes were unfortunately somewhat let down by the service, which although incredibly friendly, was certainly unorganised. To begin with, we arrived at 2:30pm for a 2pm check in time, so that we could go out to explore. Unfortunately, we were told the room was not ready, and that we were to come back in an hour, when it would be ready. Given that we were only staying for one night, this significantly altered our plans - but they did at least allow us to leave our bags. However, upon returning around 4pm, we were told that our room was still not ready. Despite the staff being very friendly, not much of an apology/compensation was given. Therefore, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the lobby for the room to be ready. Once we were told to head up, we arrived to a wet floor. Whilst this didn’t take too much longer to dry, it was another inconvenience - and all of these piled up to essentially waste our planned afternoon in Changsha. Unfortunately, there were further issues later that day. We had some laundry to clean+dry, and so decided to make use of the hotel facilities. We were quite happy to load the washing machines ourselves, but after doing so, we were told that they would handle the drying for us - great! However, if we had known how long this process would have taken, we would never have accepted. We initially thought we could come back to collect our clothes 2 hours later - a standard time for 30min wash + drying (dryers were all free at the time) - so we returned at about 7pm. However, it was clear that they had forgotten about our (or perhaps other customer’s) washing, as they ran to the machines to move things around, and told us it would be another 2 hours to dry, and then we would be able to collect our clothes afterwards from reception. As a result, we decided to head out for the evening, a planning to return later to collect. At about 12pm, we returned from the evening, obviously expecting the drying to be finished (as we were told we could collect it at 9pm). However, after the staff once again ran to the laundry room (clearly having forgotten about them), we were told they were still not ready and that there was a queue. We completely understand that given the size of the hotel, we would potentially have to wait longer - but the fact we were initially told that it would be ready at 9pm is what made this frustrating, and that it seemed very unorganised. As we were leaving the next morning, we had to stay up late to guarantee the drying would be ready, and so it was only past 1am in the morning we received them back (despite the laundry room being empty at 5pm). Overall, whilst the room was nice and the location was great, these issues significantly impacted our stay (especially due to just being there for one night)."

"Great hotel with very friendly staff. We booked two deluxe king rooms with massage bathtubs and they were really comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and the breakfast spread is quite good too."

"The room is big and we had a high floor with the beautiful view. The location is great, 10 -15 minutes walk to the Wuyi Squire but at the same time it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and allowed us the late check out which was so needed and appreciated."

"The hotel's location is really convenient, with two subway stations nearby, making it easy to get around and visit attractions. A big plus is the free fruit, drinks, and snacks available in the lobby. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was excellent; even though it's a central system, the heating kept the room very warm. The only downside was the soundproofing in the room, which could definitely use some improvement. Despite that one flaw, their service is truly outstanding. The decor is also very modern and youthful. Overall, I highly recommend staying here, especially considering the great value for money and prime location."

"The top of the log wind, the soft big sofa, opened the floor-to-ceiling windows, the outside is full of green eyes, when I first came in, I couldn't help but breathe three deeply. The air was full of grass and wood. I felt that the whole person was "purified"! And the children like it very much, and it’s a great time to bring a water gun. The environment is very good, the service is also very nice and the afternoon tea is also given."
