The room is softly lit, the bedding memory pillow is full of comfort, the sound insulation is absolutely perfect, and the fatigue of the journey is directly dissipated. Buffet breakfast is cost-effective, freshly cooked noodles, Cantonese steamed points, baked desserts, hot and cold drinks, online taste, clean and elegant dining environment. The front desk, cleaning service attitude is gentle and intimate, 24-hour butler service, check-out and check-in are efficient and not delayed, free parking, and the location is excellent. The opening activities are very strong, no matter the travel relaxation, short stopover, business trips are suitable, included in my list of permanent accommodation, closed eyes and stayed without stepping on thunder."

"I've stayed at the Niccolo Changsha multiple times, and it consistently remains my top choice. The overall experience is incredibly comfortable, and both the room views and facilities are impeccable. A special thank you to Lucy from Guest Relations for the thoughtful follow-up call after check-out. My only minor regret is that the hotel currently doesn't have family-themed rooms, which makes traveling with kids a little less convenient. Despite this, I'll still prioritize staying here on future trips."

"The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning every day. I didn't have a place to hang my laundry, and they immediately brought me a whole drying rack. The front desk service was also superb. Since my flight was in the evening, I called the lobby manager and they kindly offered a free late check-out. This hotel offers truly humanized and professional service. I will definitely be back."

"Choosing this hotel for my trip to Changsha was a fantastic decision! It's right on Chaozong Street, with a snack street just downstairs. Wuyi Square, Taiping Old Street, and IFS Guojin are all just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for a full day of city walking and eating. The hotel itself has a new Chinese style with a log cabin feel, creating a wonderful ambiance. It boasts an extensive collection of books, making it a truly tasteful cultural hotel. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the entire room is equipped with smart voice control. The double-layered soundproof windows effectively block out the noisy street, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and even a vanity mirror. They also provide Teayanna snacks in the room, which is a lovely thoughtful touch. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. There's also a self-service laundry room and a gym. My favorite was the rooftop infinity pool, where you can relax on a lounge chair and enjoy the breeze – very comfortable and relaxing. The front desk service is great; you can borrow Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for free photos, and they offer luggage storage that can be delivered directly to the high-speed train station or airport. It's really suitable for both couples and friends traveling together."

"This is a truly excellent hotel, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling city. Both the environment and the service were surprisingly good. As it was the last stop on our trip, we only stayed for one night. I particularly loved the sweet and attentive service from the young lady working the day shift on the 8th. She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making communication so comfortable. My only small regret is that I didn't get to enjoy the complimentary sweet soup the hotel offered. Overall, it was much better than I expected! The hotel is super conveniently located right off the lively Huangxing Pedestrian Street, specifically near the Jinlou area. It's fantastic! The subway station is only about 200 meters away, with access to both Line 1 and Line 2. You can even get to the airport for just 6 yuan without needing a taxi."

The cleaning lady was very attentive; she noticed from the details that we needed a razor while cleaning and immediately brought one over."

"I genuinely recommend this hotel! I've stayed here multiple times for business trips. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring quality KingKoil bedding and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures. There's a sofa at the foot of the bed, and two huge panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The full smart voice control system is incredibly convenient. Plus, it's right opposite Tujia Chong Metro Station, making getting around super easy!"
