The staff were super nice, but the facility is old, especially the bathroom. Will still come back, because in general, we like the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Dolton and felt the location was pretty central to all the attractions I wanted to see. I thought the hotel was good value and the breakfast was decent.
The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. It was pretty quiet and I enjoyed the nice warm room and shower after cold days in Changsha.
I was disappointed that many of the amenities were closed and only found out when I went to use the pool. I'm sure if I spoke Chinese someone would have told me.
Most areas of the hotel are non smoking but some areas smell quite smoky. My room was fine but even in areas where there was non smoking signs men were lighting up.
For covid requirements the Changsha health code works best and they did ask for a negative covid test once I checked in. The rules in Changsha overall seem relaxed for mask enforcement and many people were using the breakfast buffet and walking around the hotel without masks.

The staff are very friendly and assisting to foreigners. The breakfast is good. The interior of the rooms could do with a bit of updating, but the rooms are very comfortable. The central aircon was quite cold and the hotel advertised free parking but we had to pay daily for it.

The city center was pretty busy over the main holiday but this hotel was just far enough away that it wasn't too loud. There's a metro within walking distance with easy access to everything you need. You can also walk to Wuyi or Taiping Street easily. Hotel has a lot of amenities and services. The customer service was great and welcoming.

從來沒有這麼好的一個酒店會讓我感動，會讓我有親人的感覺，有家的感覺！這就是長沙通程國際大酒店！從辦理入住手續開始，就能感受到大堂的氣派，門口的迎賓彬彬有禮，雕塑流水潺潺，大堂鮮花撲面，前台小姐和先生笑臉相迎，很快辦理了入住手續。進到房間以後，視野開闊，房間寬敞明亮舒適安靜，大床房免費升級。特別貼心的是酒店看到我和八十多歲的老媽一起，特別把房間安排在了隔壁，方便照顧，當我有事外出的時候，老太太遇到問題打前台電話，馬上就會有樓層服務員大姐過來，不厭其煩的幫助，包括大堂一樓的年輕的服務生，也會細心攙扶並且送到一樓早餐廳。一樓早餐品種豐富齊全，餐廳經理和藹可親，過來對老媽噓寒問暖，讓人倍感親切，值得特別點贊。整個酒店楊溢着歡快舒適回家的感覺。大廳門口有茶葉品鑒，本地特色茶葉價格親民。出門就是四通八達，距離橘子洲頭和嶽麓書院都是二十分鐘車程，旁邊隔壁就是湖南大劇院，每天上演各種演出，我還特別帶着老媽去看了開心麻花的演出，真是太開心了！酒店二樓餐廳也是非常好吃，價格合適，口味多。在通程國際大酒店呆了三天，都不想離開了。我覺得以後來長沙，不會住其他任何地方，衹會來美麗的通程國際大酒店！

一家老牌的五星級酒店，1998年開業的時候肯定非常豪華！到了今天，服務還是很不錯的，就是客房的裝修有點落伍了！有些設施有點不牢固了！恰逢春節，酒店貼心的送上了春節小禮盒，服務這塊是不錯的！整個酒店的配套設施也比較完善，餐廳，會議室，泳池都有！

多次入住韶山北路通程大酒店非常滿意，尤其是35樓服務員夏艷華笑臉相迎，服務特別熱情，讓人感覺心情舒暢，房間打掃得特別乾淨。為夏艷華點贊。
