Hotel location is very convenient whereby if you are a good walker, you would be able to reach to few famous streets like 黄新路步行街，坡子街，文和友and even 杜浦江阁 without the need of getting any transport. Its also near to the metro station and ease to reach out to strategic places like orange island, yueru mountain and etc. Front desk of the hotel 小周 is also very welcoming and helpful. In summary, we love staying here and would definitely repeat the stay if we are to travel to changsha again🥰

This check-in experience is amazing! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm and thoughtful service makes people feel warm. Foreigners are also very friendly. Communication is smooth. The air conditioner will not be adjusted and will come up to help us adjust the comfortable temperature. The room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can sleep well all night. Breakfast is rich in variety, with all kinds of Chinese and Western cuisines, and the taste is also excellent. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to travel. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. So nice 🫶 Train station is just a little bit walk. The only downside in this hotel is no restaurant nearby for lunch & dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay 🫶

一次超乎預期的完美入住體驗，強烈推薦！ 五分好評！這次來長沙旅遊選擇入住浩楓温德姆酒店，整體的體驗感真的非常棒，可以説是物超所值。 地理位置優越：酒店的位置很方便，雖然不是緊挨着五一廣場，但周邊很安靜，睡眠質量有保障。打車去市中心、嶽麓山、橘子洲等主要景點都不遠，地鐵站也在步行可達的距離，對於遊客來説非常友好。 服務貼心周到：前台工作人員辦理入住效率很高，態度專業又熱情，耐心地回答了我的所有問題。這種賓至如歸的感覺從進門第一刻就感受到了。 房間整潔舒適：我住的商務雙床房，房間面積很大，佈局合理，非常乾淨。床品不愧是温德姆的標準，床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，睡得太舒服了，一掃旅途的疲憊。淋浴的水壓很足，熱水來得快，洗個澡瞬間回血。 早餐豐富美味：早餐的種類很豐富，中西結合，既有長沙地道的米粉、小吃，也有西式的麪包沙拉。味道很好，尤其是米粉，配料可以自己加，非常地道。 設施齊全：酒店還配有健身房和洗衣房，雖然這次沒時間去體驗，但去看了一眼，環境維護得都很不錯。 總之，這是一次無可挑剔的入住體驗，下次來長沙一定會再次選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友們！

It deserve for the five star hotels. The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me. and the swimming pool was really great. (clean and comfortable) Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale... but I would like to recommend this hotel. Next time, I will book this hotel again. I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again. Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel. (I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!
