This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer.
I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately.
They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge.
If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door!
I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.

I have stayed here every year for last 7 years and have noticed a steady decline in services in last 2 years. I am really disappointed in what I have experienced this time and it will probably be the last time I stay. From limited food selection to an aircon that doesn’t work, the problems are too many. I hope that they can fix the problems in the future. 😔

This is an excellent hotel, that was when I left late, they cleaned my room without any requests or objections.
They helped me to get a taxi, and also the place is clean and well-maintained.

This is a great hotel, they even let me book in before 12m, and they always provide the best suit.
The ladies at the front desk will do everything on their hands to make your stay pleasurable.
The room is spacious and very comfortable.
I always feel very welcomed, and I also appreciate the excellent service they consistently offer.

We came over for a friend's birthday and thought the Crowne, being a popular hotel would be a nice stay. We booked a deluxe room and it was far from that. The shower was blocked so we had to use the
bath and even that couldn't fit a small child in! Then the worst of it came when I got back home and had rashes all over my body, I had bumps and bites which I assume to be bed bugs! The hotel should be a budget hotel.

我偷偷告訴你們。這個賽季江蘇女籃好像打比賽的時候都都會住在這裏，但是賽季已經結束了呢。我這次訂到了比較優惠的價格，不到300元。是一次不錯的體驗。

都很好，前台小張服務熱情讓人感到很温馨，下次還會選擇這個酒店。不過裝修舊了些，設施不是很新，實話實説。沖服務態度，還是給五分好評吧！
