Chau Pho Hotel

Clean and friendly hotel. Stayed one night before getting the fast boat to Phnom Penh. Everything was spotless and a good breakfast was provided early in the morning. The staff were very pleased to help with everything and ensured that all the taxis that arrived for the boat transfer in the morning had the right passengers on board as most of the drivers had very limited English

Fresh welcome from staff who was nice and helpful. Air conditioning was on in the room so well done ;) Scary corridors but room was clean and looking good! Toilet paper was looking dirty (wet and dry from falling into wc) so I asked for new one and in this situation the housekeeping was so kind and fast for this service!! thank you Very bad wifi: one of the staff, a man, ignored me when i asked some help, while a woman kindly helped me with restaurant wifi. Towels are a bit rough, i would not leave laundry to do in this hotel. Weird neighbourhood and the older woman just across the road at nails spa was so rude to me. Karaoke just in front of the hotel was fun to see at night and thank god they stopped quite early! Breakfast was mediocre but still very good service. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant (which they told me was the best food around) well...the food was so and so... but still I enjoyed the service and in my opionion guest satisfaction is essential for them in that restaurant :)

One night stopover at this hotel before the ferry to Cambodia the next day, it must of been one of the main hotels for stopovers as it was very busy. We had a meal at the restaurant and it was very good. The room was huge with a King size bed and a large seating area, but the shower was poor with little pressure. Next morning we struggled to get a seat at breakfast as looked like everyone leaving at same time. We wouldnt stop at this hotel again or visit Chau doc

Ich war hier im Rahmen einer Rundreise durch Vietnam und Kambodscha. Dieses Hotel stach leider heraus durch seine Unsauberkeit! Auch wenn es schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, das hat mit der Sauberkeit nichts zu tun. In der Badewanne waren schwarze lange Haare, zwischen den Kacheln ein rosa schmieriger Belag, das ganze Bad war nicht gut geputzt. Da es im Zimmer sehr feucht und muffig roch, nahm ich das Bettzeug mal in Augenschein. Als ich den Kopfkissenbezug abzog mußte ich kurz würgen, das gleiche Bild bot sich beim zweiten Kissen. Nach Anruf bei der Rezeption kam ein junger Mann vom Hauskeeping und brachte ein neues Kissen, das ich ebenfalls abzog, das gleiche Bild ein 3. Mal. Man hat mir dann später zwei ganz neue Kissen aufs Zimmer gebracht, aber ich war froh, am nächsten Tag auchecken zu können!

Hotel per chi come noi deve andare in Cambogia, piccola città, con pochi bar e ristoranti. Abbiamo cenato in hotel ed è stata una buona scelta. Per chi deve fare poche notti ottima scelta. Colazione alla carta buona. Nel complesso da consigliare

Un bel hôtel récent, les chambres confortables et spacieuses, le restaurant très agréable et de bonne qualité. Le personnel très attentif, petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Situé près du centre ville, bien agréable de se promener alentour.

Prima hotel voor 1 nacht en vlakbij de aanlegsteiger voor de boot naar Cambodja. Het hotel is schoon en het bed heeft een dik matras. Herrie van de straat hoor je wel, maar kan veel erger is mijn ervaring. Personeel is vriendelijk en zeer hulpvaardig.
