Receptionist offered to upgrade the new room for us, with a bigger room size, after we made complaint of the smoke smell of the room. Compared to the other orange branch that I went, this branch is a bit old designed. And for the price, actually can get a room with bigger space elsewhere. Overall a pleasant experience. Only staircase accessible to the metro stations.

Room was very clean and spacious, front desk people were really nice and friendly. They delivered our food deliveries to our door and helped with our laundry.

Located near Wen Shu Yuan Metro station (Exit K) 5min walk and you will reach Orange hotel. There are lots of F&B restaurants right below the hotel. Wenshuyuan tourist attraction is just round the corner 10min walk.

Location is perfect. Wenshuyuan Metro is the first line in Chengdu. Old design and taking escalators or lifts to street level will be problemtic if you have heavy luggages. Only Exit H got an escalator going up. Exit nearest to hotel are Exit K (100 meters) or Exit H (150 meters with escalator up) across the road.
Many eateries near Hotel especially after Exit K leading to Wengshuyuan. A very popular crispy bun shop can be found at Exit K. Always long Q.
Hotel room is spacious and everything inside is pretty new and working well. I will return again in my next trip.

Nice quiet location but still walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Hotel is tidy and looks nice. Staff at reception speak some english and doing a good job.
