"The hotel called in advance to ask about our arrival time and if we had any special requests. They prepared a quiet room for us as requested and even provided earplugs. The room facilities and amenities were excellent. The air conditioning was controlled by a knob and cooled the room effectively. It was well-equipped with home-like features such as a microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, dish soap, and scourer. The storage space was cleverly designed, giving the room a cozy, homey feel. Just as I was about to go to sleep, I remembered I forgot to request a different pillow. I called the front desk and was informed that they didn't have any spare latex or buckwheat pillows that day, so if you need one, remember to ask in advance. Also, the lights on the control panels on either side of the bed were a bit bright at night; light sleepers might want to bring their own eye masks. The toiletries smelled great, and the breakfast selection was quite rich. Upon checkout, we received a cute fridge magnet as a gift. Overall, I was very satisfied."

Resepsiyonist başlangıçta nazikti. Giriş yaptıktan sonra aynı oda olmadığını fark ettik, bu yüzden resepsiyonistten oda değişikliği istedik. "This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at in Chengdu. It’s small, but very comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the location was also very convenient for getting around and visiting different places. There is no front desk, so guests are supposed to check in by themselves. However, since I don’t have a Chinese ID card, a staff member came to help me with the check-in process. I originally booked a suite with a shared bathroom, but since I was travelling alone as a woman and it wasn’t peak season, the staff kindly upgraded me to a private bathroom suite for free. This made me feel much safer and more comfortable during my stay. The service was excellent. The housekeeping lady was also very friendly and would always greet me with “Good morning” or “Good afternoon.” Overall, I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay here. Highly recommended!"
