We asked for two more, and they brought them. The location is convenient, almost in the very center."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Chengdu Xike Hotel, and I particularly want to commend the front desk service. Initially, I was on the 10th floor, which unfortunately was undergoing some renovations. The hallway had construction materials, was a bit dusty, and the soundproofing wasn't great, which slightly affected my rest. When I spoke to the front desk about changing rooms, the staff was incredibly helpful and immediately moved us to the 9th floor. Their handling of the situation was very efficient and thoughtful. After moving, the experience was significantly better: the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The daily cleaning service was also thorough and meticulous, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is another big plus. It's very close to a shopping complex, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. Because we were so comfortable and the service was excellent, we even extended our stay for several days. A small suggestion: I hope that during renovations, more attention can be paid to hallway cleanliness and soundproofing; I believe that would make it even more perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel – it offers great value for money and attentive service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"
