满意！！ it’s a good business hotel which has a lounge available for executive rooms and suite rooms
Breakfast was lovely too! Just some little uncomfortableness with one staff at the reception but all other staffs were lovely

The front desk service is very good, especially libby and joy bring the children to stay, send Napoleon and fruit, super considerate, ♫ ♫

Check in went very fast and convenient, front desk prepared the room in advance. Also the hotel inquired a day in advance about our stay requests.
Rooms are clean, spacious and have all you need. Beds and Bathroom are comfortable.
Breakfast room was very crowded and noisy, choices of food and drinks are good, staff has been very prompt and helpful.
Thanks for the housekeeping for the nice surprise in the room for the kids, they loved the tent!

Second stay at Renaissance in Chengdu Could not ask for more. This is a class act - from the doorman who meets you, reception (super friendly - welcoming- well trained) Room immaculate- bed comfortable- with-fi fast. I am just totally satisfied. 5 minute walk directly down the street (go out the door- turn right - walk about three blocks) a group of western restaurants and bar/wine places. Best southern BBQ I’ve had in China - or anywhere else.
