This hotel is located close to tourist attractions. It is very handy to get around. Staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Near to IFS and Tai Koo Li and Chun Xi rd walking streets, Metro Exit E1 , surrounded a lot of food n restaurants to get , room is clean n tidy , the balcony is nice.

Very good location, walking distance to IFS, Taikooli, Chunxi Road, to subway station, lots of places to eat and food stores around.
Also has a very good place to buy bread just across the street (makes a difference for westerns used to bread in the breakfast).
The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice.
My only complaint is that, because I liked Chengdu very much, and I also liked the hotel, after being able to extend my stay from 4 to 5 nights for the same rate, when I wanted to extend it from 5 to 6 nights they wanted to charge a rate 50% higher, non negociable, even with rooms available in the hotel and I couldn't extend it for this extra day.
I believe management could be a little more flexible.
Besides that, very good stay, I do recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Howdy smart hotel. The staff services were fantastic, always greeting us with a smile. We will definitely return to stay here again on our next visit. Location: convenient, very close to Chunxi road subway station (Exit E1) and the famous CHUNXI road, Taikoo Li, IFS mall, outdoor 3D screens, shopping & food. Price: very cheap given the location, service and the spacious room. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. It even had a massage couch with great discounts to use it. Breakfast: 20rmb per person - delicious Chinese breakfast of eggs and vegetables. The breakfast hall is located on the rooftop where you have to get off at 10th floor and take the stairs up.

Clean and comfortable room. Very close to central shopping / food area. Easy access to subway line, for going to see the pandas or coming from the airport. Would recommend.

Not recommend this hotel, especially the paromatic view room, getting very hot during day time n useless at night
