列車の遅延でチェックインぎりぎりの時間になってしまったけど、優しく案内してくれた。部屋は小さく清潔で、私的にアメニティが最高でした。短い滞在だけどよく休めました。感謝。

We stopped for 5 nights at the beginning of April 24. we had the deluxe double with bath, it is a beautiful room , very well furnished. however we only awarded 2 stars as the front door of the hotel never stopped banging, waking you up at all times, this could easily be fixed with an adjustment (we did tell them to no avail). The bathroom is furnished to a very high standard only to be let down by the see through blinds, we had to hang towels over them. The breakfast room was lovely as was the breakfast, the only problem was the very rude server (old lady with grey hair and Glasses) at one time actually throwing a pot of marmalade across our table at us, however her attitude changed for the better on the last day she served us. All the the rest of the staff were very pleasant, especially the reception staff. We would not recommend this hotel purely because of the door and breakfast server.

The reception is deceiving, when you walk in its quite oldy world, but the actual room was amazing. Queen sized bed and a bathroom en-suite that you could swing a tiger round in. The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable it gave us a grat night's sleep. The staff in reception were welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was great. A full.english, with staff that were smiling, friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault this hotel at all. I would recommend this for anyone staying in Chester. We will be using it again.

This is our second time of staying at Chester Court in as many years and it is lovely to see how the hotel has developed these past years. Not far from Chester central, this hotel is in a great location has ample parking. With well equipped comfortable rooms with a breakfast that would satify the biggest appetite. This hotel is easy to recommend and one we will certainly return to in the future.

Charming hotel with interesting features. Lovely room. The hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Exceptionally clean. Good quality breakfast. However the room was far too warm at night and the bar and lounge were shut. Limited breakfast time from 8-9 am.

Friendly staff, extra little touches like bottled water, snacks and hot chocolate in the room which are replenished daily. Very good selection of cold and hot buffet breakfast with the added bonus of eggs being cooked fresh rather than being kept hot.

Comfortable and pleasant two night stay. Hotel is very nicely decorated throughout. Staff during breakfast all welcoming and friendly and the owner is always on hand if needed. Lovely area with some nice bars nearby and just a short walk into the City centre. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel. So clean and the aroma in the room and hallways was divine. Spacious room for the 3 of us. Extra bed which was a bonus as we then had a bed each. Staff were very courteous and polite and very helpful. Great location. Short walk into Chester central. Would definitely book again.

Lovely stay for one night. Booked a twin room but ended up with a family sized room. Bed was really comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Fridge in the room which is always a bonus. Couldn't fault the place. Excellent breakfast with friendly restaurant staff. I will definately stay here again.
