The Queen at Chester Hotel - Handwritten Collection ★★★★

"Fabulous hotel for the train station. The rooms can be a little dated sometimes but still good for an overnight stay. The steps at the entrance can be tough with luggage."

Oakwood Farm Mews Chester ★★★

"The room was clean but was too dark for the wife to apply makeup and that’s with the lights on the bathroom was clean and adequate The road noise was to much for me but wife slept straight through it was a very stuffy room no air flow if you open a window all you can hear the road The curtains were not any good as light filled the room in the morning from the side of the curtains and the window in the door and you can hear everything from the room next door bathroom which was not an issue as we had to rise early other all it’s not the worst place stayed but it’s not the best"

Mill Hotel & Spa ★★★

"Brilliant hotel. Room large and spacious and clean. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice."

"Great time, very enjoyable time. Will return again."

Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel ★★★★

"Lovely hotel - a bit out of Chester but rooms were comfortable and clean and facilities were great. Would recommend as long as you are happy to be slightly out of town."
