"Absolutely fabulous stay from booking to departure after being let down by a previous booking. Apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay with just a short walk into Chester. Hosts went above and beyond even leaving me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Chester Tips Apartment is over 3 floors so may not be great for anyone with mobility issues and similarly parking is around a 10 minute walk away"

Premier Inn Chester (Railway Station)

"Booked with my girlfriend for a 3 day break. We saw the weather was supposed to be really hot so we upgraded to a premier plus room which comes with aircon. Unfortunately the aircon wasn't working properly during our stay, kept turning itself off and wasn't properly blowing cold air, I know it's not the end of the world but it wasn't nice to be out in 32c sun then return to a hot an sweaty room, especially when we had paid extra for it. The staff were really nice and brought us a fan but it's not the same as aircon. They did bring in workers to try and fix but was still broke when we left. The hotel is lovely and the staff are really nice and pleasant, I would definitely recommend as long as the aircon works and it's not too hot. I think we just had bad timing of weather being roasting and aircon not working"

"What a fantastic welcome from Laura when we arrived for our 4 Mews room booking for 7 adults. All the rooms were extremely clean and well presented, the Hayloft a particular favourite selected by one of our solo daughter travellers as big enough to use for all the ladies to use as a get ready room! Great location only 10 minutes into Chester and great value for our one night stay for a wedding. Nice and quiet area and super allocated parking. Great to see Laura again in the morning to say what a great stay we had had and to drop keys and say goodbye"
