I am Chinese. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The first time I feel it is acceptable. Now I feel worse and worse, but the location is better. The service can only be improved. There is no hot water in the bath, and the air conditioner is noisy. There is no spare pillow in the room, the sofa collapses, just the TV can meet the requirements. Such a room should not be offered to customers. I only stayed for one night so I didn't pursue other things. I won't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is hygienic and convenient and well-equipped, but it is only cleaned once a week due to the epidemic situation. You can borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean it yourself. The location is near boxhill, but it takes more than 20 minutes to walk; there is a station near the door, you can take the tram to the city center; there is a parking lot, $15 a day.

There is no kitchen. It is more like a domestic express hotel. The bed is more comfortable, but there is no washing machine and dryer. It is OK if you are a couple, but not recommended if you are traveling with a family.

We booked a superior two bedroom for 3 adults and one kid for 6 nights. Overall was good, more like self service hotel, if you need to arrange someone to clean your room, you will need to pay extra Aud 20 each time. The price was reasonable with such a spacious room, nice city view and facilities were pretty good. Will book again if I go to Melbourne again with family.

Facilities: Complete facilities and easy to use. Cleanliness: The room is clean and tidy. Environment: The room is bright and comfortable, and the viewing balcony can overlook the distant mountains and close views, which is refreshing. Service: The front desk staff is not on duty 24 hours a day, which is not very convenient for people who leave early and arrive late. Fortunately, Ms. Zhang Zhuo, who is in charge of guest room cleaning in this store, is very enthusiastic and provides considerate service. Not only does she keep the room clean and tidy, but knowing that we do not understand English, she patiently demonstrates and explains to us how to use several household appliances. Because we came to Australia to travel, we did not stay in hotels continuously for nearly a month, and we needed to store our luggage in the hotel at any time. Sometimes because we traveled early, the hotel front desk person had not yet gone to work, so Zhang Zhuo took the initiative to help us find a way to solve the problem. The front desk staff helped us with storage after work, which made us feel particularly warm and guaranteed our travel. We will continue to book this hotel in the future.

This property definitely has some positives. The price is cheap for an apartment and it's very close to Box Hill Central and pretty close to Box Hill Hospital. The staff were able to get us in to our room early which was also very handy. The negatives, the amenities feel cheap, the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses pushed together, and the mattresses were very thin. The couch was the same it just felt cheap and poor quality. The other negative with this property was the odor in the corridor which smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and stale cooking smells, although within the apartment we were in there was no odor so that was a positive. If you need somewhere for a short stay in and around Box Hill this property is quite ok, but be realistic about what you are expecting at the price point

I stayed in the appartments across the road for a work course. I arrived at 8am just to leave my car for the day (pre arranged) and my room was ready so I checked in. From the moment I checked in I had no issues. The lady at reception was friendly and said they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment, although I was by myself I didn’t mind. Very spacious and clean. Car parking was great! Wifi was good. The bed was comfortable. The only suggestion would be a small TV in the bedroom would be good. Overall the 3 nights were great for what I needed, I would definitely stay again.

Recently refurbished old motel ,Clean,good ,shower ,bed too hard for me but a good quality sealy firm mattress ,walls between rooms sound proof but front window is not. Only normal TV channels. Couldn't get to sleep until all hotel guests had arrived and stopped opening and closing car doors. Great location and price as far as cheap places to stay. No kitchen ,only a sink and microwave. Bring your own soap and shampoo unless you like no name liquid soap. Heaps of room to do your morning stretching exercises.
