The hotel doesn't promise anything it doesn't deliver. It's a 2 star hotel, it's quite cheap & good value for money. The owner ”Roberto” is such a gem. He's trying everything within his power to make his guests happy. He also did our laundry in just one day. Good value for money & very nice location, just 190m from the busstation, without being noisy & still very close to restaurants/bars The breakfast is decent.

Nice location with water views and close to the main square. Our room was large with plenty of storage space, desk, 2 lounge chairs and table, in room safe and 2 beds. No fridge though. Separate toilet and bathroom. Poorly designed shower in the bath meant water went all over the bathroom floor. Small TV with only Spanish language channels. Wifi generally worked ok. Free water provided in the room. We ate dinner in the restaurant and while service was slow the food was ok. Breakfast selection was ok but no eggs or coffee to order.

One of he best view of Copacabana bay. Up on the hill, below El Calvario mountain. Tricky to get in driving (super narrow alleyway). Cute Alpacas (no longer babies) to greet you and visit with you. My fourth visit. This time I saw couple of large, domestic pigs hiding behind some bushes. Future dinner? Rooms are small but very comfortable. plenty of blankets an central heating. Also on demand potable water and kettle to make great ”mates” (teas, herbal infusions). The restaurant on the premises is superb. We ordered too much. Just get the cheese fondue with local bread (better than any other I had anywhere). Order for two will serve four people, even if hungry. Comes with vegetables. If you insist, they will accept credit card payment with a 2% fee. Good deal. Our top choice hotel in Copacabana.
