This is an update to a previous review. We travel a good deal and have decided to only write a review when we really think things are exceptional. This is just to say that since our rave review we have been back a number of times, both as a family and alone, and nothing about the hotel has let us down. The hotel and service staff are next level. The design, comfort, cleanliness, food/bar offerings and location are fantastic. We are sensitive to indoor air quality and that part is never a problem at the ACE. Best of all we always have a great sleep. Thanks again Ace hotel for giving these ex-Torontonians a place we really look forward to coming to. It’s really our favourite hotel in the city.

The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels.
The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received.
Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.

We found the hotel to be beautiful, our room elegant and spacious. The location is an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go and close to the train station. We loved the food and drinks in the hotels restaurants and bar. It was a great trip! Bonus, the view from the hotel's 44th floor was the best we found in Toronto!

The location is unrivaled and excellent, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and as a ”cleanliness” I am also very satisfied with the hygiene. There are two disadvantages: the subway in room 535 is too loud, there is a subway passing through the underground every few minutes, it is very noisy! The shower water in the bathroom is too small, which is very unpleasant. Therefore, if you come again, you will definitely not choose 535 and similar rooms.

The staff at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto made this vacation so memorable for our family. From the time we checked in, Devan worked to provide us with an amazing room & make us feel welcome. We appreciate his efforts. Our son turned 8 the day before we arrived. They left a balloon and special dessert for him in the room. We cannot say enough nice things about the Club Lounge staff. Olga, Emma and Oana welcomed us each day and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Rose & Pricilla were incredibly kind to get to know our family and ask about any needs we may have had. Rose even had popcorn and snacks sent to our room for a movie night for our family. Additionally, she contacted a special bar (BarChef) nearby to make a reservation. You can tell that it is important that her guests enjoy their experiences. I had the chance to meet the club floor manager, Max Reidel, and he too was extremely gracious with everything. I encourage other travelers to book the Club Lounge for your stay. I spent a day at the spa and was impressed with my massage, the staff and atmosphere. Our family also had the afternoon tea one day - it was delicious! We can't wait to come back. We will book the Club Lounge for sure!

The location of Delta Hotel is close to Toronto attractions, and the public transport is convenient. I stayed in room 1011, the room facilities are not bad, and the requirements can meet the requirements of customers. I just don’t know whether it was intentional or unintentional. There were water droplets on the floor at the door of Room 1011; when I checked in, the female receptionist at the front desk was a bit arrogant; after the free buffet breakfast the next morning, in the afternoon Without my knowledge, the hotel charged my credit card for breakfast and a tip deposit; one morning, the hotel staff even forgot to clean up the room, you know, the hotel cleans up my room every day

Thank you for the B&B you guys provide. It was amazing. The communication was a little off in the beginning, but after talking with the assistant on the day of, it clear things up. It is a little work to get the key. They will call and give you info the day of. You have to park your car on side street, they’ll buzz you in, you go to the unit to get the key and back to your car. When you get to the basement parking lot, please turn right and open it with the fob (it took us a long time to figure it out, no arrows for direction). The elevator should be in the middle of the parking lot (it took us sometime to find them too). The place itself was clean and has a nice view of the city. Neighbours are very quiet. The assistants were friendly. Checking out: well it’s tricky, you have to get your car out first, then come back to the unit to leave the key. The deposit will be reimbursed after the cleaner sees the place (which could be hours). They take cash/paypal/e-transfer for the deposit. Just communicate with them in advance and you’ll be fine.

FFelixHotel was really great. The whole hotel seems to have been recently renovated and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and were always happy to help! The included breakfast is way ahead of most hotels for a complimentary breakfast. Hot food and a good selection. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the subway and next to a streetcar stop. Hotel is almost in the heart of downtown so it's easy to come and go as you want during the day. I recommend this place and would definitely like to go back again!

GGuest UserThe location is unrivaled and excellent, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and as a ”cleanliness” I am also very satisfied with the hygiene. There are two disadvantages: the subway in room 535 is too loud, there is a subway passing through the underground every few minutes, it is very noisy! The shower water in the bathroom is too small, which is very unpleasant. Therefore, if you come again, you will definitely not choose 535 and similar rooms.

GGuest UserI had some familiarity with the lore of the Fairmont Royal York -- that it was the real deal, king of the classic Canadian grans railway hotels, etc. And when I arrived, my first impression was that perhaps it didn't live up to its formidable reputation. It quickly became clear, however -- from looking at the quality and design of the armchair, the understated colour palette, the quietly sophisticated art hanging on the walls, the sumptuous nature of the robe hanging there in the closet -- that this was a kind of luxury and prestige that didn't feel the need to prove itself. With so many four- and five-star hotels taking part in a glitzy, maximal globalization-era ”look at this, this here, you see, is luxury,” it was truly refreshing to see real self-confidence -- real prestige -- in this kind of vaguely British understated quality. The Fairmont Royal York is the Fairmont Royal York: it will not let you down.

GGuest UserPossibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be ＜10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. GGuest UserWhen I booked this it clearly said POOL There was no pool needs to be taken off the website. Room was clean, not enough towels for 4 people. There were only 2. I did not see a problem with breakfast, it was pretty much hot breaky. Sat morning there were home fries, scrambled eggs, bacon ( which needed to be cooked more so I didn't eat it ) There is a machine to make your own waffles, bread for toast and I believe hot dogs ? Muffins ( They were blueberry that is why they looked the way they did, they were not moldy ) juice, coffee, tea. There was no fresh fruit which was disappointing. 1st night wedding was awakened at 2am by the wedding party good thing they went to their rooms and settled down. 2nd night another wedding was at their venue never heard a peep. When we did come back on the Sat around 7 our room keys didn't work. Person at the front desk was apologetic and gave us new ones. Also asked for decafe and he delivered 4 pkgs to our room since there was none at breaky.

CChoMichaelMy review may be different from other's experience, but I got a room that fits on the option that I payed for. As I am not a picky traveller, I was okay that I got single room with private bathroom.
If you are a traveller who walks a lot and takes transportation and woman, you may want to be little bit careful as surroundings are houses and dark at night time.
Streetcars and the nearest subway are not that far (streetcars: about 5 mins / subway: 10 mins). At dawn, if you want to buy something, you need to go to convenience store which is about 15-20 mins away. If you are nighttime traveller and active at nighttime, you may want to choose different place. Otherwise, I think this is a budget-matching place to take a sleep.
My room didn't have hair dryer, so be aware of this lol.
Beside some parts, I was okay with staying here. Refrigerator and microwave was there so I had some latenight meal, so this was good.
During summer, this is going to be little harsh as it didn't have air conditioner (or the ventilator may give you a cool air during summer; I had hot air as I travelled in winter).

王王I especially like this hotel, the price is right, the location is in the core area of Chinatown, this is the second stay. This time I made an appointment at carpool. The hotel entrance is very wide, suitable for parking luggage on board, because the appointment will arrive at three in the afternoon, and it is still far from the check-out time at eleven o'clock. I didn't expect the hotel also provided a place for free luggage, great!

Royal Ontario Museum
HHolland9398Came on a Wednesday morning. There weren’t a lot of people and tickets were booked prior online. One of the current exhibitions - Being and Belonging was not included in the current tickets but it was totally worth getting it. Each floor comprised of different exhibitions so do be prepared for it to take up to 2 hours. 10/10 recommend coming here to be overwhelmed with knowledge and AC.

我我青青来了The attractions in downtown Toronto are basically together. As long as the weather is good, it feels like a blockbuster to shoot casually 👍! I started from Queens Park and slowly walked south along Bay St., and I would pass the new municipal building and the old municipal building (the clock on the top of the building will ring) to Union Station. You can turn right to visit the Canadian Tower. There is also a Toronto train show next to it! Then continue south (preferably along Bay St) for more than 10 minutes to the beach (Harbour Front). there is a ferry, and you can see the plane landing 👍).
Metro Toronto Convention Centre
Rroyal_tian01The Exhibition Center is located next to the Canadian National Television Tower, in downtown Toronto, beside the United Station. The transportation is very convenient. There are large and small exhibitions, and the traffic is very dense.
