"We had 1 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had convenient location near the airport, not busy roads. There is a park close to hotel, so you can go for a walk, play disc golf or golf. Everything was clean in the region, comfortable bed, pillows. Big thanks for the coffee machine in the lobby, delicious fresh coffee! Breakfast was good, they had beans which tasted good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it."

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey.
The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise.
Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover."

"I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again."

"On arrival a lovely clean looking foyer. Found the initial lady behind the desk quite abrupt and not very friendly. The room was the right size for us. It was not the cleanest of rooms with dust and dirt in places. Also the vent leaked water all over my belongings. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing but someone did come very quickly to fix it.
The breakfast was very good and the evening reception was a nice touch, although pretty busy each night and hard at times to get served. The regular airport shuttle bus was very good and prompt."

"Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep.
Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :(
If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception."

MMisafir KullanıcıBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

En yakın durak olan Dovercourt Yolu üzerindeki Queen St West, sadece kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde, bu da şehirde dolaşmayı kolaylaştırıyor. Yürüyerek sadece iki dakika uzaklıkta, akşam 10'a kadar açık olan bir Shoppers Drug Mart var; günlük ihtiyaçlarımızı almak için çok kullanışlı. Mutfak temiz ve tamamen işlevseldi, bu yüzden hiçbir sorun yaşamadan yemek pişirebildik. Hatta ekteki fotoğrafta konaklamamız sırasında pilav pişirdiğimizi görüyoruz. Ayrıca ayrı bir çamaşır odası olması da hoşumuza gitti; temizdi, kullanımı kolaydı ve konaklamamızı daha da konforlu hale getirdi. Çöp kutuları bahçede bulunduğundan, dışarı çıktığımızda çöpleri çıkarmak kolaydı. Mahalle çok sessiz ve huzurlu, şehir merkezinden gelen gürültüyü hiç duymuyorsunuz. Ev sahibi de bir sorumuz olduğunda son derece duyarlı ve yardımseverdi. Genel olarak çok keyifli ve dinlendirici bir konaklamaydı, kesinlikle başkalarına da tavsiye ederiz.

MMisafir KullanıcıI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

This was an excellent choice and I loved my stay, even though I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. I took advantage of the restaurants and food stalls within the casino itself and the pizza place was out of this world (Pizzariola?? I think that was the name). Just a single slice ($7.50) was a meal on its own. Thanks to all the food servers in the casino - you really cheered me up on such a dreary rainy day. And if the horse track was open, I would've placed a bet or two.
In my room, the bed was incredibly soft and cozy and the TV line-up was also exceptional. I would've walked the grounds of this fine establishment but unfortunately I wasn't dressed for this particularily cold May day. And I loved the fact that this place was so close to the airport too. Highly recommend.

MMisafir KullanıcıWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

LLivyC75The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

The bed and breakfast deal would have meant eating from and/or in an adjoining small coffee shop - so no nice breakfast buffets or very limited breakfast menu. The website pics of vaults look amazing online, but in reality the vault was cluttered as a storage room. The room (3210) was tired, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty windows, very basic crockery (2 plates/bowls) and cutlery (2 of each - knife/fork/spoon) - made the kitchenette hard to make the full use of. The in-room coffee machine was dirty, so didn’t use. The room is basic and bathroom old fashioned with old white shower curtain, dirty brown/cream stone tiles with ingrained dirt. The advertising online shows the hotel as a contemporary interesting old bank/vault which was why we booked - in reality it’s old and tired in most places - including the lifts which are scratched old dark wood. The ‘spa’ or gym is limited. On a plus note, the hotel was a great location to see Toronto. Would we stay there again… I’m sorry to say… no.
