"I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area. The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night. I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back."

"10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!) Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases. Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!) Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back. Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!"

"I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise. Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover."

"We had such a lovely weekend at Double Tree Hilton on Chestnut Street in Toronto. Lovely, lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful, our bed so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Toronto. I'm also very interested in checking out other Hilton Hotels at other locations. I hear there's Hilton in Hawaii??"

"Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it."

"Hotel is very close to Pearson Airport, looks fair from outside and it's clean & neat inside. It offers free shuttle buses. The hallways and some of the furniture is old/tired looking, but the room is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a fine place to stay for a night while business traveling."

"Very nice hotel staff are very good. Pool is nice with laundry area. Breakfast is good. The only challenge was we thought there is fire and we forgot our passport"

"Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep. Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :( If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception."
