"We had an amazing experience at the Hilton, Toronto. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around.
The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful!
We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning.
Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well.
We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)"

"It’s not a hotel that will appear fancy but does get the job done if you’re looking for a comfortable stay. Excellent service, quiet rooms, stable internet, good enough complimentary breakfast and a comfortable bed will surely help you stay comfortably for the duration of your stay. Only con being I did notice some stains in the lines and towels and I wasn’t even trying to look for them."

"The room was a little small, and the bathroom body gel container was empty, but the general customer service was very good. Parking was a little hazardous and difficult to locate. However, to be fair, there were major renovations underway out in front of the main entrance. That all said, the staff contact was VERY good. Courteous and informative. Breakfast was certainly adequate and varied. Restraunt staff was at the same elevated level as the reception. All in all, the experience was positive, and we WILL be staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel the next time we stay in Toronto. I can recommend this hotel that provides excellent service during extensive renovations to the hotel frontage."

"The hotel is conveniently located to great eateries and restaurants just round the corner. It is also near to Eaton Center great for shopping and a huge urban eatery with lots of varieties of food for everyone. The hotel room is a little small but there's a gym, indoor heated pool and laundrette which is very useful. Finally, Hilton hotel is famous for its home-baked cookies which is given out to guests staying in the hotel."

"Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it."

"I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again."

"This hotel made a great impression with its spotless facilities and genuinely kind staff. We felt secure throughout our stay, which added to the overall comfort. MMisafir KullanıcıBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Very accommodating hosts, the snacks and water bottles were a great touch after an afternoon of traveling.
Homey vibe for solo or couple Travellers. Good cafes and breakfasts near by.

Parking and check in was easy and quick
Room was always well cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. Mattress is not very firm and gave both of us sore backs by the end of our stay.
Stayed in room 1205 and no scenic views.
For the price and location to restaurants and shopping you can’t beat staying at Cambridge.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

MMisafir KullanıcıI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

The bed and breakfast deal would have meant eating from and/or in an adjoining small coffee shop - so no nice breakfast buffets or very limited breakfast menu. The website pics of vaults look amazing online, but in reality the vault was cluttered as a storage room. The room (3210) was tired, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty windows, very basic crockery (2 plates/bowls) and cutlery (2 of each - knife/fork/spoon) - made the kitchenette hard to make the full use of. The in-room coffee machine was dirty, so didn’t use. The room is basic and bathroom old fashioned with old white shower curtain, dirty brown/cream stone tiles with ingrained dirt. The advertising online shows the hotel as a contemporary interesting old bank/vault which was why we booked - in reality it’s old and tired in most places - including the lifts which are scratched old dark wood. The ‘spa’ or gym is limited. On a plus note, the hotel was a great location to see Toronto. Would we stay there again… I’m sorry to say… no.

LLivyC75The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

I also heard them knocking on other doors in the hallway. It was disturbing and ruined part of my experience. A shame, because the hotel has potential...
