Pick-ups from airport can be scheduled by calling the hotel at 1-866-459-1234 1-416-620-6805 or use the courtesy phones at Terminals 1 3 once you have your baggage. Drop-offs should be scheduled with the front desk one day prior to your departure or at check-in time if you depart the next day. Shuttle leaves the hotel to the airport every hour on the hour 24-hours for drop-offs.

"10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!)
Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases.
Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!)
Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back.
