"Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it."

"Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep. Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :( If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception."

Personel çoğunlukla harika, ön bürodaki bana karşı hoş olmayan bir tavır sergileyen bir kişi dışında, ancak konsiyerjden restoran personeline ve sevimli hizmetçilere kadar herkes nazik ve profesyoneldi. Restoranın çalışma saatleri biraz tuhaf olduğundan, orada öğle yemeği yemeyi planlıyorsanız önceden kontrol etmek iyi bir fikirdir; bazen restoran öğle vaktinde kapanır. Garip. Bunun yanında iyi bir deneyim."

"Of the hotels I stayed during this Canada East trip, this ok be is surely the best. Super convenient location linking to subway, GO transit, UP and VIA RAIL. Breakfast is very good though the menu seems unchanged during my four days stay. The pool is a bit small and full of kids between 7 and 10pm. Staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly"

"위치는 좋아요. 공항에서 가까워요. 토론토 피어슨 공항까지 무료 셔틀버스 운영으로 아주 편리합니다. 사전에 예약만 하면 됩니다. 운전기사가 팁을 은근히 요구하는 듯한 태도이나 따로 주지는 않았습니다. 힐튼 회원이 아니면 객실 내 생수가 500ml 한 병당 2.5cad 네요. 깜짝 놀람요. 일부러 물은 안 마셨어요. 커피 포트 구비된 것 없고요, 요청하니 다른 객실에 다 제공되어 소진됐답니다. 프론트 직원 친절합니다. 호텔 내 식당 및 스타벅스 있습니다. 객실 내 화장실 샤워기는 해바라기입니다. 별도의 샤워호스 없습니다. 침구는 편안해요~"

"With a good welcome and excellent room service. A hotel even with the signs of age but very well maintained. An acceptable breakfast buffet. The only unacceptable charge is the parking fee of 28$ per night (I don't see why with a hotel 30mn from the downtown)."

"The location was close to downtown and is walkable to the aquarium and some sightseeing places."

"Amazing hotel with an awesome spa/pool area and a convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. The breakfast was good, the lobby very pleasant, and the bed extremely comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if the occasion arises!"

"This place has a swanky lower-slash-old Toronto thing going on. I suspect that it was cheap at this time due to the condo construction going on nearby. It had a robe, though, which means that it ranks pretty high on my list."

"I booked a room for one night but ended up extending it for another night. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Did not encounter housekeeping, or use any of the facilities like the pool. My one comment is that the heater in my room was rather loud."
