"房間乾淨，服務態度很好，可以選提前4小時入住。床和枕頭都很軟，住的很舒服，衞浴水流大，洗澡體驗也好。不過這個房型衞生間是開放的，介意的客人可以選其他房型。隔音效果一般，晚上能隱約聽到酒吧的音樂聲，聲音不大但能聽到。早餐種類很豐富，小朋友很喜歡，整體都不錯。離古動物博物館很近，開車5分鐘"

"第一次住這家酒店，今年新開業的，所以設施都很新。而且標間可以給拼床，成一個特大床，方便帶兩個小朋友的家庭入住。門口停車場，能停二十多輛車吧，後面好像還有個院子也能停車。 我訂的豪華商務房-雙床，這種房型在2層，帶一個挺大的户外平台，不過現在白天太熱，實際除了看着痛快一些，沒什麼作用，多一百塊錢房費。 進房間發現馬桶蓋子上有污漬沒有擦乾淨，自己給擦了燙了，所以這方面還是應該注意。 前台服務很好，有需要的東西衹要給前台打電話，都能馬上送來，這點不錯。但是客房服務員服務一般，也許正好我趕上這個不行。她在別的房間打掃，我從門口過在車上拿了兩瓶礦泉水，正好服務員出來，一臉不高興，我説我拿兩瓶礦泉水，結果一句話沒説瞪我一眼，我實在不能理解，她有什麼不痛快的事兒。所以我的好評是給前台服務的 早餐某音有團購，十幾塊錢一位，實際標價好像是88一位。 種類還行，但是味道一般，果汁像兑水的，牛奶像奶粉沏的，品質有待提高。"

"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"重点提一下设施方面的问题： No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night. No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want. No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo. 遗憾是没来得及拍照，总之体验不怎么美好就对了，谨慎"

"個人原因需要在保定短住一個月，但找房找得很心累，於是找到了這家主打公寓式的酒店短住，租住前也訂了一晚準備體驗一下，三個字總結：非常好！☺️ 設施：一個人住簡直是完美的房間，門口是廚房，有冰箱烤箱，櫥櫃里居然還有烤麪包機和迷你電飯煲，幾天前去了趟超市買了很多菜，裝滿冰箱的感覺非常好～還有洗烘一體的洗衣機，都想一直住在這兒了🥹 衞生：每次洗澡或者洗手的時候，看着水龍頭都得感歎，這到底怎麼擦得這麼鋥光瓦亮的！觀感真的十分舒適。 服務：服務簡直無可挑剔…沒辦法用語言來形容了🥲 和我對接的經理：因為我個人還是比較怕麻煩別人的，但租住前來看房的時候，我説的一些小細節經理都有記得，並且主動提及看不同樓層房屋的視野，真的很貼心，讓我也放鬆了很多。之後因為排房問題再次溝通，經理也一直在努力協調 前台：有一晚因為隔壁客人一直在吵鬧，幾次入睡失敗後聯繫前台希望能提醒一下，過了幾分鐘後，前台主動聯繫了我説可以換房，讓我先睡一晚上，一定得睡好，非常感動🥹之後又換了一次，前台也一直在協調，基本是有求必應…受不了了都來住好嘛！並且我第一次過來看房的時候經理的服務也很舒適…總而言之就是特別好！ 而且在走廊裏遇見打掃阿姨的時候，阿姨也會主動打招呼，出門看到笑容心情更好了… 也特別感謝兩次換房的工程人員，以及教我怎麼用烤箱的阿姨～真的很有家的感覺，我自己一個女生在這兒住，感受到了酒店的很多温暖💝 住在這兒能點到未來石那邊的很多外賣，好吃😋"

"The bed was very comfortable. I normally have back problems but I didn’t experience any during my stay. The pillows were quite large to support my neck and head so that was great. The room itself was very nice and I really enjoyed the robot delivering my food to my door."

"設施：酒店應該是新建的，整體都很現代化，也有很多人性化的設施。 衞生：大堂很乾凈，門口有施工，可能不是很明亮。停車特別方便，停車場有直達酒店的電梯，這點很贊！ 環境：房間安排在了15層，視野很好，步行十分鐘可以到萬博廣場，便捷。 服務：這是最值得點評的一點，從入住到住進房間，再到退房，都特別順暢便捷。我的房間電話撥不出去，立馬安排了維修。包括更換床品等等。再此我要特別感謝辦理入住的小男孩，名字應該是樂光，有點記不清楚了，他給我們升級了房間，到最後有送東西需求也是親自過來解決。還有退房的小姐姐，沒有看到名字，貼心的給我們準備了伴手禮，還有幫我們搬離停車。全程微笑，親和力滿滿！ 最後感謝亞朵酒店，給我們旅途留下了寶貴的記憶。下次來保定，一定會再次入住！"
