"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell."

"重点提一下设施方面的问题：
No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night.
No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want.
No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo.

"酒店位置也太讚了 樓下就是保定宴 小吃和演出，下樓就到。一進來前台小姐姐幫忙辦理入住 我後來才知道是23樓大堂辦入住。幫我辦了 而且雙手接遞 入住禮 入住前再次和客房部確認✅房間衞生 細節拉滿 而且小姐姐氣質形象真的很好 很代表企業形象。房間裏的淋浴很好 水洗的很舒服。入住還有歡迎水果。而且高層景色特別好 對面是上觀谷啥的商業街 太熱鬧了 吃的全 羅森 漢堡王 肯德基 麥當勞 楊國福 啥的 真的很不錯 玩兒的真是太爽了 走的時候 小哥哥貼心送了冰箱貼 孩子非常喜歡 下次還可以二刷的"

HHenry from Toronto, CanadaThis is a brand new hotel in a developing city. Everything in the hotel was modern. My room was quite large and the TV was gigantic. The free laundry facilities were the nicest I've seen during my 7 week trip in China. I tried the breakfast one morning, and it was decent.
The hotel seemed quite empty, likely because not many people and businesses have moved into the area yet. I did find a few restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. If I'm in the area again, I would stay at this hotel again.

LLuquanliuru簡直是太寶藏了，濟南開車去大同計劃兩天到，就找了淶源歇腳，沒想到會住到這麼漂亮的院子，在院子裏散步都不捨得回屋。老闆兩口子人又熱情又耐心，種了一院子的花花草草，還有百年牡丹。早餐還專門去買了當地特色很好吃，吃的很舒服。晚上在淶源湖看了打鐵花水上飛人大型燈光秀，樂隊表演，玩到晚上十點都不覺得累。比刻意攻略玩的都開心。玩太嗨了後悔民宿照片拍太少了，衞生做的很乾凈。有機會還會來這裏。

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.
