"I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍"

"I chose this hotel for its location, just a few minutes south of Changchun Station. The decor has the sense of slightly faded grandeur, but that is part of the charm sometimes, right? All facilities and breakfast were fine for this price point. The main selling point is proximity to the train station."

"Very good front desk resolved an otherwise difficult issue for me. Big picture window in room provided wonderful view of city. Several small restaurants nearby. Starbucks coffee outlet across the street was very convenient for me. Breakfast was not provided by this trade hotel, but I was otherwise very pleased with this accommodation."

"This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun."

"I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff."

"We booked two rooms, request to be side by side or same floor but the hotel not manage to arrange it. We reach at 10.30pm, by the time get room key and wanna enjoy the free porridge, the staff said the time is over, just 5min pass 11pm. It will be good for the staff to let us know the porridge going to close while we doing check-in. I order the room have window, unfortunately the window is facing corridor!"

"帶孩子來長春看航展，入住2天，整體感覺比較滿意。由於航展的緣故，長春的酒店價格都漲了不少，我訂的行政雙床房不含早，不到1000元一晚上。酒店房間面積還行，行政房算是寬敞。衞生做的也還可以，基本沒有死角。雙床每張床比較窄，1.2米吧。房間設施還算齊全，但房間內沒有冰箱，這是頭一次遇到，買了需要冷藏的東西可以放到一樓前台的冰箱，很不方便。酒店服務非常好，從前台到保潔大姐都非常熱情周到，彬彬有禮，主動幫忙，機器人給送外賣到房間也是非常方便。酒店位置很好，就在人民廣場附近，去看航展在人民廣場坐79路直達，交通極其便利。酒店周邊還有很多長春有名的餐館，步行可達，吃了好幾家，不得不説長春吃的真不錯。對面有個萬達，除了四層電影院開着其他都在裝修，沒啥好逛的。就是樓下就有便利店，買東西很方便。總體很不錯！"

"Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable."

"The hotel is comfortable, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioning works great. The bathroom is very spacious. There are rooms without windows, so chose wisely. the room is quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. The hotel is not very busy, which is also good for who is staying only for business in town. There is a laundry room free to use. The cleanliness of the common spaces could be better. In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage."
