"Great hotel within 10 min walk from Changchun railway station. Hotel staff upgraded our room to include breakfast for free on our second night here. Breakfast spread was good and varied . First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . Overall good stay and value for money"

"Very good front desk resolved an otherwise difficult issue for me. Big picture window in room provided wonderful view of city. Several small restaurants nearby. Starbucks coffee outlet across the street was very convenient for me. Breakfast was not provided by this trade hotel, but I was otherwise very pleased with this accommodation."

This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff."

Our room was huge. A sofa and table, TV in a cabinet, a desk and chair... two comfortable beds.
The best part was the magnificent buffet breakfast, which had a big variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, Coffee, Juices, Delicious Bacon. They were doing a promotion: breakfast buffet, 28￥

"This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun."

"We had a remarkable stay at Tianfu Yunqi Longjia International Airport hotel whom the staffs served us professionally. We experienced excellent service and hospitality during our stay at your hotel. For the moment we arrived, the meticulous staff demonstrated their warmth, professionalism and genuine care to ensure every moment and detail of our visit was comfortable and memorable. For instance, the receptionist spoke politely and acted promptly to our call upon arrival late evening. The prudent shuttle bus driver came to fetch us less than 5 minutes. The room is conducive and quiet though very near the airport. The dining was delightful good food and a variety of quality options. With all these qualities, here I commend the entire team for their outstanding services and not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to return for the next trip in near future. "A pretty good hotel centrally located near the Changchun train station. Great for one night if you flew into Changchun and have a train to catch the next day.
Room was clean and spacious and equipped with drinks, toiletries, robes, and slippers. The heat was very high though and I could not figure out how to lower it. The lighting system was a bit confusing. There was no window but that was mentioned in the listing. The walls were too thin and I could hear my neighbors but that was solved with earplugs.
Breakfast was pretty good.
Overall a decent stay and good value for the price."

Classy interior design, obviously European style.
Room was not big but it is cozy. Wooden panels hid the water and heating tubes.
They did not have robes but I got one when asked for it.
Overall, a good decent hotel to stay in Changchun at such a good price."

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

SSMtravelsHotel is walking distance to the famous guilin night market. And below the hotel, there are some casual restaurants. And if you are going for skiing, its about 30mins car ride to the Jinyuetang national park. Breakfast has alot of variety. A pleasant stay.

GGOODDAYO16Changchun Intercontinental Hotel is the accomodation where I stayed during the visit to Changchun, China. The hotel is brand new, and the overall environment is excellent. I would highly recommended Ivy due to her Top-notch service, kindness and helpful.
Furthermore, the breakfast buffet in the hotel is good. There is a a variety of delicious food and the quality is excellent.
Changchun Intercontinental Hotel would still be my preferred choice if I visit to the city next time.
Lastly, I would like to give a 5-Star Rating to Ivy as she deserves it👍🏻

- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. MMisafir KullanıcıA grand old hotel, very pleasant to stay at. Though the decorations are old-fashioned, this makes the hotel a really charming place. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The location is excellent: just remember to use the underground transit plaza when leaving the station, and take the Shengli Street exit. This is much easier than approaching at surface level, and will take you directly to the front gate.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Overall, a very elegant hotel, at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home.
The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained.
For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again!
