"My fiancé and I stayed here this weekend to celebrate our engagement. We arrived at CGIG Nanshan Hotel feeling stressed and drained, but we have left feeling reenergized and joyful. The food was a delicious combination of Western and Chinese to suit all guests' tastes. The architecture was stunning; it felt like we were staying at a castle in France. Size was not the only impressive feature though. Every corner of the building was cleaned thoroughly at all times. The staff were all kind, attentive and treated us like royalty. When there was one small delay, they made an effort to resolve the issue quickly and gave us very nice gifts as a goodwill gesture. We definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who visits Changchun."

First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . "We had a remarkable  stay at Tianfu Yunqi Longjia International Airport hotel whom the staffs served us professionally. We experienced excellent service and hospitality during our stay at your hotel. For the moment we arrived, the meticulous staff demonstrated their warmth, professionalism and genuine care to ensure every moment and detail of our visit was comfortable  and memorable. For instance, the receptionist spoke politely and acted promptly to our call upon arrival late evening. The prudent shuttle bus driver came to fetch us less than 5 minutes. The room is conducive and quiet though very near the airport. The dining was delightful good food and a variety of quality options. With all these qualities, here I commend the entire team for their outstanding services and not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to return for the next trip in near future. I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for perfect rest. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout. The hotel’s facilities were also outstanding. The dining options offered delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, creating a great environment to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail. Bed was comfortable. Roomy shower and toilet. English movies for free. Big enough room. My biggest complaint is the breakfast buffet that had very few western food options. No bacon, omelets, nor pancakes. The croissants were filled with cream. The holey donuts were filled with jelly, which was a highlight. McDonald’s is next door. I suggest going there for breakfast.

前枱服务很好👍早餐也不错。 但地暖溫度实在太高，羽绒被实在太厚！ 2025年12月23日我们朋友一行6人入住，3间房也热到要晕倒，应该不止我们在投诉！ 虽然室外溫度是摄氏零下17度，但房间在沒开空调、打开窗的情况下房间溫度是摄氏29度。 致电前枱说是中央地暖，溫度沒得调，只让我们不要开空调，否则会更热，因空调都是暖气。 发现过道比房內的溫度低，我们只能打开房门。但总不能开著门睡觉，最后前台给我们提供风扇，在未睡觉前打开房门、吹著风扇，睡觉时才关门。 真不能理解，怎么可能将室溫调到摄氏29度，真的不会热吗？！我们其中一位朋友最后热病了！很难想像在大冬天的东北，外面冻得瑟瑟发抖，在酒店房內穿背心裙也能热出汗！

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

Homm Changchun Beihu is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in — with first-class service and truly world-class hospitality. A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained. For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. Hotel is right opposite Changchun train station, however there is a huge round about which have to walk a long way to get to hotel. There are 2 entrances- 贵宾楼＆迎宾楼, so need to be aware hotel front will tell you if get to wrong entrances. The hotel staffs especially the concierge number 013 is very attentive and patient. I very impressed with her firm and rejected 3 guests who believe not hotel guests trying to smoke in for free supper section which meant for hotel guests only. Overall stay was present.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
