"Great location, right next to Wanda and Zhuozhan Shopping Centers. As an older Shangri-La, the quality is consistently good. Even though the hotel is a bit dated, the facilities and cleanliness are excellent. The doorman service, like opening the door and helping with luggage, was spot on. We were heading out for an early market breakfast, so we didn't book the hotel breakfast and can't comment on it."

"We checked in quite late, and there was a long queue. Just as my patience was running out, a very enthusiastic woman came over and directed us to another counter for check-in. She was concise and efficient. She clearly stated that there were no bed rails (I had noted in advance that we were traveling with a baby) but had arranged a king-size bed, which was actually two twin beds pushed together. This was very thoughtful and practical. This enthusiastic young woman deserves high praise (I don't usually leave reviews, but her defining characteristic was that she was a lovely, well-built girl; I didn't catch her name, so I can only describe her this way for the hotel to commend or reward her). She also arranged a late check-out for us, which was truly fantastic! Hygiene: Overall, it was very clean and tidy, though there were a tiny few water stains. This is understandable, and you wouldn't notice them without a magnifying glass. Facilities: We mainly slept and took our child out for meals, so we didn't get to experience facilities like the gym, though the front desk did mention them during check-in. Environment: The hotel is right outside the subway station, and across the street is MixC Mall, which is incredibly convenient. However, there was some trash outside the entrance that didn't quite match the hotel's ambiance, and the parking area outside didn't look very neat, lacking the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel entrance. Nevertheless, the view from our room was absolutely stunning."

"I was initially worried the Yingbin Building might be too old, so we stayed in the Guibin Building instead. However, visiting the Yingbin Building in person, it's actually quite nice. The room was clean and hygienic; we stayed in a suite which was very convenient for a family of four. The soundproofing at the hotel is excellent – once the windows are closed, you can't hear anything from outside. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, though the coffee was instant."

"I chose this Four Points by Sheraton for my trip to Changchun because I had work in the High-tech Zone. The hotel must have opened just a few years ago, as all the facilities and equipment are well-maintained and comprehensive, especially the gym equipment, which is in great condition and very modern. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel upgraded me to a suite this time; it had a separate living room and was very spacious. The room also came with a washing machine, though it didn't have a dryer, haha. It would have been even better with a drying function!"

Breakfast was also excellent; the restaurant manager, Chen Xin, helped us to our seats, providing superb service. The room itself is cozy, clean, and beautiful. Surprisingly, the front desk even has a small supermarket and a canteen, complete with a dedicated delivery person. You can simply call to order and enjoy delicious food without leaving your room, including handmade dumplings and freshly stir-fried dishes – it truly tastes like home. The room also thoughtfully provides complimentary disposable toilet seat covers, disposable slippers, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. It was a very pleasant stay, highly recommended! 👍"

"The hotel facilities are old and poorly ventilated. Coming back from outside, the air quality is bad as soon as you enter the elevator. The main entrance to the lobby is blocked, forcing you to use a side door – how can the air be good? It's bizarre. There's a musty smell as soon as you enter the room, probably from damp, moldy carpets that have absorbed cigarette smoke. The two windows can't be opened, so there's no ventilation. The breakfast was completely devoid of meat; it's probably the worst in the Kaiyuan Hotel. See the photos below. To be fair, there are some advantages. First: the parking lot is huge, enough for everyone. Second: the bed is very comfortable."

Upon arrival, knowing we were a family with a child, they upgraded us to a suite with a microwave and washing machine, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Xinxin, who was always enthusiastic in answering our questions, handled things reliably, and provided genuine and natural service without stiff formalities. We felt very much at ease. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Changchun Film Studio and next to 'This Is Mountain' cultural complex. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town."

"This stay was extremely poor, with unreasonable demands from the hotel highlighting the platform's lack of oversight. I booked two rooms that evening, paying a total of 330.12 yuan (160.06 yuan per room). Upon arrival, I was informed that neither room had a window. After speaking with the hotel manager, they agreed to charge me the difference for a higher-tier room with a window, as listed on Ctrip. The manager confirmed that this room type was 175.5 yuan per room and 351 yuan for two rooms on Ctrip. However, they claimed the hotel only received 140 yuan per room and 280 yuan for two rooms, demanding I pay an additional 71 yuan. This blatantly shifted the burden of the hotel's settlement issue with Ctrip onto the consumer, a completely unreasonable and utterly unfair demand! I immediately clarified that I had already paid the full 330.12 yuan according to the Ctrip price, and the hotel's actual payment was a matter of settlement between them and the platform, unrelated to the consumer, and I should not be responsible for any additional cost. I've stayed in hotels for over 200 days a year, and I'm speechless to have encountered such a bizarre hotel business!"

The hotel is just over 100 meters from the subway station, situated in a bustling area with stunning night views – though the windows were a bit dirty. We experienced excellent service and hospitality during our stay at your hotel. For the moment we arrived, the meticulous staff demonstrated their warmth, professionalism and genuine care to ensure every moment and detail of our visit was comfortable  and memorable. For instance, the receptionist spoke politely and acted promptly to our call upon arrival late evening. The prudent shuttle bus driver came to fetch us less than 5 minutes. The room is conducive and quiet though very near the airport. The dining was delightful good food and a variety of quality options. With all these qualities, here I commend the entire team for their outstanding services and not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to return for the next trip in near future.
