"Amazing location, close to metro and bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that the heater wasn’t working well, they had staff looking into it immediately. However, the shower head was not working properly as many holes were blocked or shifted, and the water heater was warm enough, making the shower experience less enjoyable."
