"Great location, right next to Wanda and Zhuozhan Shopping Centers. As an older Shangri-La, the quality is consistently good. Even though the hotel is a bit dated, the facilities and cleanliness are excellent. The doorman service, like opening the door and helping with luggage, was spot on. We were heading out for an early market breakfast, so we didn't book the hotel breakfast and can't comment on it."

The location is also very convenient, right next to the high-speed rail station and airport, easily accessible by foot or airport shuttle. Breakfast starts quite early at 5:50 AM. The value for money is incredible, I highly recommend it!"

"I was initially worried the Yingbin Building might be too old, so we stayed in the Guibin Building instead. However, visiting the Yingbin Building in person, it's actually quite nice. The room was clean and hygienic; we stayed in a suite which was very convenient for a family of four. The soundproofing at the hotel is excellent – once the windows are closed, you can't hear anything from outside. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, though the coffee was instant."

"We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"The hallway smelled terrible as soon as I entered the room. I couldn't stand it, so I opened the window, but the staff closed it again early in the morning. The soundproofing was terrible. The receptionist was even worse; they refused to help me and wouldn't even let me ask the engineering department. I wanted some super glue, and they just said they didn't have it. Surely the engineering department in such a large hotel would have that. They just wouldn't let me ask. They didn't even know the engineering department's working hours. They were chatting enthusiastically with the guy next to me. I was speechless. I was supposed to stay for three nights, but I only stayed one night and immediately changed places. They even claimed to be the best hotel in the area, and they truly lived up to their reputation. Haha, I hope you can improve. I'll never stay here again, and I'll tell my friends not to stay here either."
