I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Bed was comfortable. Roomy shower and toilet. English movies for free. Big enough room. My biggest complaint is the breakfast buffet that had very few western food options. No bacon, omelets, nor pancakes. The croissants were filled with cream. The holey donuts were filled with jelly, which was a highlight. McDonald’s is next door. I suggest going there for breakfast.

前枱服务很好👍早餐也不错。 但地暖溫度实在太高，羽绒被实在太厚！ 2025年12月23日我们朋友一行6人入住，3间房也热到要晕倒，应该不止我们在投诉！ 虽然室外溫度是摄氏零下17度，但房间在沒开空调、打开窗的情况下房间溫度是摄氏29度。 致电前枱说是中央地暖，溫度沒得调，只让我们不要开空调，否则会更热，因空调都是暖气。 发现过道比房內的溫度低，我们只能打开房门。但总不能开著门睡觉，最后前台给我们提供风扇，在未睡觉前打开房门、吹著风扇，睡觉时才关门。 真不能理解，怎么可能将室溫调到摄氏29度，真的不会热吗？！我们其中一位朋友最后热病了！很难想像在大冬天的东北，外面冻得瑟瑟发抖，在酒店房內穿背心裙也能热出汗！

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

這次入住體驗超棒！房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，細節處都收拾得很到位，住起來特別舒心。前台工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很高效，全程耐心解答問題，態度特別親和。酒店整體環境整潔安靜，配套設施也很完善，性價比拉滿，下次來還會選這家。

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

Go out must take taxi. Walking distance only got few restaurants. This area is neighbourhood area. Not suitable for tourists. Walking to Hong Qi street need more than 30mins. The design of hotel entrance is really unfriendly. Winter time the main door not open, only left door is open. I am carrying my large 30’ luggage and push thru a narrow slope, then need to open 3 door manually myself only can enter to hotel lobby. Hotel don’t have workers to assist to open door and take luggage. Hotel is clean. Staff not friendly, asking questions about the restaurant nearby this area. They just reply don’t know, not local people without offering help to us. 😓😓😓

Hotel is right opposite Changchun train station, however there is a huge round about which have to walk a long way to get to hotel. There are 2 entrances- 贵宾楼＆迎宾楼, so need to be aware hotel front will tell you if get to wrong entrances. The hotel staffs especially the concierge number 013 is very attentive and patient. I very impressed with her firm and rejected 3 guests who believe not hotel guests trying to smoke in for free supper section which meant for hotel guests only. Overall stay was present.

I had booked a superium room but they gave me a standard one. When i asked at reception they respond that all rooms are at the same size of 36 square meters.But the room wan not the same.

Very good location , exit C (if u hv big luagage) else exit A and walk underground to cross street, 2 metro stations from Changchun Station. Room well stocked with amenities, good bed and pillow, room are nicely decorated too.
