The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. "We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."

"IHG會員別從攜程訂這家，沒有積分，問前台結果前台也迷迷糊糊的，太晚了臨時就住下了，挺離譜的不是為積分本來也不想住的位置真的很偏了算拉薩西郊了，但是給升了房，打掃的服務員還比較專業也有禮貌。 房間內所有插頭都很難插，不是一般的難插，是用保温杯抵着充電頭像砸釘子一樣硬生生錘進去，一個插頭插了十分鐘滿身汗，第二天看見room service又給我拔下來了真是天塌了。🥹 插頭插不進去的時候用房間座機打前台電話發現打不通！衹能手機呼叫得到的結果也是：你用力就可以插進去了🙃 比起內地其他城市智選假日還是差啊，很差！這個價格雖然不貴但這麼運營的話乾脆把牌子摘了改民宿好了，不掛洲際牌子當個純民宿的話説不定還能讓人誇兩句。"

"優點：酒店很新，開業不久，小度小度很方便.環境挺好的緊挨着有個湖（不知道是不是拉薩河的支流）早上有很多鴨子，挺有意思 .房間有氧氣，前台服務很好。房間也到掃很乾凈。5樓餐廳可以看到布宮，有露台可以照相。很棒。 缺點：1、地下停車場太臟了全是塵土。建議到了先把行李卸下來。2、怕朋友高反方便照顧提前通過攜程説好了我們同行人員務必安排在同一層，反覆確認過最後還是沒安排在一起。3、早餐很一般，連個煎蛋都沒有。家人高反我多給一張早餐券，想着把早餐待到房間，我反覆強調家人不舒服。但餐廳堅決不同意。希望店家能夠很人性化一些，"

"這是我這麼久旅遊以前第一次住到這麼舒服的酒店，由於是淡季，人也比較少，進來的時候酒店人員會給你帶上哈達，以示歡迎，下午是有下午茶的，吧枱的飲料以及歡迎水果都是免費的，還有兩頂男女帽子，床邊擺放着療愈畫筆以及一本倉央嘉措的書，晚間也會送上一個保温瓶裏面裝着紅豆湯，很温馨，獨特的設計師風格帶上獨具當地特色的文化融合，讓人眼前一亮，比起許多老牌五星級酒店，無論是品質或服務，都是比較出類拔萃的.再看特色體驗：藏香製作，藏地六式，銅鑼沐，晨間轉經祈福，煨桑，冥想頌缽音療都是提前預約以及免費享受的，在這麼多深度項目中，配上窗外的高原風光與室內雅緻的傢俱陳設，成了一場遠遠超出預期的住宿體驗."

"拉薩這家酒店太懂事了。24小時彌散供氧+加濕器直接拉滿舒適度，完全沒被高反打擾，睡得超安穩。雙床寬敞不擠，床品乾淨無異味，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定不間斷。前台服務貼心，還會主動提醒高原注意事項，性價比絕了，來拉薩住這超省心！"

"設施：基本需要的設施都是有配備完全的，正常居住完全可以。應該也是新酒店，設備都很新很乾凈。 環境：比較安靜，距離八廓街、布達拉宮不是特別遠。當然如果要住的離八廓街、布達拉宮近的，性價比肯定沒這麼高，而且會有點小吵。漫心住的很安逸，打個車去中心區也就10幾塊錢，性價比很高 服務：從入住開始就能感受到貼心的服務，有點像我們所説的海底撈服務，熱情的我都有點不好意思了 總體來説屬於性價比很高，在旺季來旅遊很適合。"
