When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. "這次住的這家酒店環境確實不錯！離西藏博物館、布達拉宮，八廓街都是很近的距離，房間無線網絡很好，地暖也熱，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床軟乎乎的特別解乏，三樓還有個露台休息區，前台的人也挺實在，還提醒我們初到高原少運動、多喝温水。這趟住得是真舒坦，特別暖心，真心推薦下次來了還選這家！"

"這是我這麼久旅遊以前第一次住到這麼舒服的酒店，由於是淡季，人也比較少，進來的時候酒店人員會給你帶上哈達，以示歡迎，下午是有下午茶的，吧枱的飲料以及歡迎水果都是免費的，還有兩頂男女帽子，床邊擺放着療愈畫筆以及一本倉央嘉措的書，晚間也會送上一個保温瓶裏面裝着紅豆湯，很温馨，獨特的設計師風格帶上獨具當地特色的文化融合，讓人眼前一亮，比起許多老牌五星級酒店，無論是品質或服務，都是比較出類拔萃的.再看特色體驗：藏香製作，藏地六式，銅鑼沐，晨間轉經祈福，煨桑，冥想頌缽音療都是提前預約以及免費享受的，在這麼多深度項目中，配上窗外的高原風光與室內雅緻的傢俱陳設，成了一場遠遠超出預期的住宿體驗."

"房間供氧，全屋智能化，加熱馬桶，智能沖水，小E管家，吹風機，一次性拖鞋，礦泉水，茶包，一次性洗漱用品，全方面都有。酒店規模挺大的，公區還有洗衣機，早餐也可以，我們是很滿意，提前20天定的酒店，連住四晚，價格很友好，是我目前住過的最棒的了。就提一個小意見，我那個房間洗澡間下水太慢了，希望改進一下。還是很願意推薦給朋友的。"

"IHG會員別從攜程訂這家，沒有積分，問前台結果前台也迷迷糊糊的，太晚了臨時就住下了，挺離譜的不是為積分本來也不想住的位置真的很偏了算拉薩西郊了，但是給升了房，打掃的服務員還比較專業也有禮貌。 房間內所有插頭都很難插，不是一般的難插，是用保温杯抵着充電頭像砸釘子一樣硬生生錘進去，一個插頭插了十分鐘滿身汗，第二天看見room service又給我拔下來了真是天塌了。🥹 插頭插不進去的時候用房間座機打前台電話發現打不通！衹能手機呼叫得到的結果也是：你用力就可以插進去了🙃 比起內地其他城市智選假日還是差啊，很差！這個價格雖然不貴但這麼運營的話乾脆把牌子摘了改民宿好了，不掛洲際牌子當個純民宿的話説不定還能讓人誇兩句。"

"We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."

"The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!"

"來拉薩一共住了三個酒店，前兩個是住一晚就換的，第一家價格貴，服務設施跟不上，第二家條件太差，果斷換了。沒想到換到這家酒店後完全超出預期，價格沒第一家高，設施服務還比第一家好，而且房間不臨街，晚上很安靜，早餐也好，管家小崔跟前台夢瑤的服務態度都很好。這是我在西藏住的很超出預期的一家酒店，如果我下次來的話絕對還住這兒，強烈推薦"

"這家宜尚真的強烈推薦，所處區域非常安靜，距離布宮，大昭寺，八廓街也不遠，打車就十分鐘路程。有自己的地下停車場，對自駕友好。房間面積大，市中心的酒店房間面積都很小，很多都沒有窗。住的時間長推薦選個環境舒適的，有彌散供氧，不用擔心高反。而且服務很到位，各種細節就能體現出來，前台的小姑娘還有保安小夥子，做事都很利索，腦筋靈活，真誠熱情。"
