"Lhasa'ya birkaç kez gittim ve bu şimdiye kadar kaldığım en şaşırtıcı oteldi. Ali'nin merkez hattından bisikletle geçtiğim için otele bir düzineden fazla paketi önceden gönderdim ve oteldeki arkadaşlarım hiçbir itiraz olmadan bunların tek tek depolanmasına yardımcı oldular. Çevre: Otelin girişi nehre bakmaktadır ve çevre birinci sınıftır. Yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran bulunmaktadır ve alışveriş ve hazırlık için yakındaki Wanda ve Yonghui süpermarketlerine arabayla yalnızca 10 dakikada ulaşılabilir. Tesisler: Otelin kendine ait yer altı otoparkı vardır ve bu oldukça kullanışlıdır. Ayrıca otelde oksijen tedarik ekipmanı da mevcuttur, böylece ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda oksijeni kendiniz açabilirsiniz. Hijyen: Lobi, avlu, restoran veya oda olsun, oldukça temiz ve hijyenik olduğundan konaklama ve yemek yerken kendinizi rahat hissedebilirsiniz. Hizmet: Meslektaşlarım Yang Rong, Xiaojuan, Gama ve Lamu'ya çok minnettarım. Hizmet çok iyi. Ayrıca odanın iyileştirilmesine yardımcı oldular ve ücretsiz kahvaltı sağladılar. "They have excellent customer service. I need to modify my order and the staffs were very helpful over the phone. The room itself is nice and cozy and spacious and definitely worth the money. The breakfast was good and actually served earlier than specified."

"High standard of equipment, you have to believe this hotel provide PHILIP hairdryer, SAMSUNG TV, KOLER toilet and more. Room is spacious, breakfast is good, view from the rooftop is good too. All in all, i will be back to this hotel no doubt. One thing to be improved: please clean the AC, too smoky."

"酒店服務特別好，設施設備都很好，離出差的地方也很近，我經常住他們家，房間很乾凈，早餐豐富，下次出差的時候也會選擇這裏。就在布達拉宮後面，市中心這邊很好，價格很划算。服務服務沒得説。"

"房間很好，我們一共住了五個晚上，中途去了日喀則玩了幾天之後回來再住了兩個晚上，房間還升級了一個親子房，雙床房也特別大，特別乾淨，而且房間空調也很舒服，聲音也不吵，房間內的24小時彌散是供養非常的好，加濕器用的也是很好的品牌美的的，沒有那種很吵的感覺，而且前台的工作人員的服務態度都特別特別好，我們從日喀則回來之後，行李箱寄存在前台，再來入住的時候，行李箱已經幫忙放好到房間裏了，大家來拉薩一定要來住這個酒店，真的非常非常非常推薦"

"We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."
