"The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel."

"預訂前看了很多點評，在訂與不訂之間來回搖擺，畢竟是淡季，其他評分高的酒店還比它便宜，但最後還是願意相信holiday inn express的水準而訂了，總體而言，還可以，前台、房間，提供製氧機等都到達基本合格線，但是附加贈送項目，歡迎飲品、旅拍啥的壓根兒沒見到，還有清潔房間是住客主動聯繫前台的，這算是本人第一次碰到的情況，畢竟下午2點多回到酒店，還是早上出門的樣子，酒店早餐就不用再吐槽了，我想問的是不是淡季更沒東西吃？酒店位置不錯，走路去羅布林卡20分鐘，巷口有一家藏麪館別去吃，不好吃且貴。"

衞生：很乾凈，每天都有打掃，餐廳的衞生也很好，桌面都打掃很快
環境：位置很好，很安靜，叫外賣也方便
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，停車場開門速度也很快，人也很好説話，前台大廳還有免費的咖啡，餐廳菜色豐富，而且還有現煮麪、粉，味道也還可以。
出差旅遊都是選擇宜尚，價格不貴，品質卻非常好"

Just a short five-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach Lopblingka, the former summer residence, the perfect place to explore the beauty of art and nature.
"We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."

"房間位置非常好，走大約十分鐘左右就到大昭寺了，走路大約十五分鐘就可以到布達拉宮入口，周圍有好多網紅店，想吃什麼都有，最關鍵的樓下就有好多大牌户外裝備專賣店，比如始祖鳥，猛獁象，還有最近火起來的凱樂石，入住辦理服務員非常熱情，幫我升級了房型，特別是前台美女妹妹訥訥子，怕我剛到拉薩有高反，幫我拿行李送到房間，還教我如何使用製氧機，送來了水果，讓人真的感到温暖，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，床品很舒服，不愧是凱悦旗下的，酒店環境很好，每天都送咖啡或者熱可可，晚上八點以後還可以在一樓喝粥，熱呼呼的就不怕高反了，總之對這個酒店印象非常好，性價比非常高，早餐品種也很豐盛，下次來拉薩還會住這裏的"

彌散式供養，不是製氧機咕嘟咕嘟很吵的那種哦。是類似於中央空調的，在棚頂、床邊有出氧口的，流量可以調節。面板可控模擬海拔氧氣量。想説這點真的秒殺N多上千塊大牌酒店。
🧘🏻♀️療愈
酒店有很多免費的藏式特色活動可參與，強推晚上的頌缽療愈冥想。酒店的星空穹頂，在冬季澄澈的拉薩星空下遠眺夜晚的布達拉宮，療愈師小姐姐微微帶着藏音的引導，加上頌缽的悠遠。就是「西藏」令人魂牽夢繞的寧靜。
手工藏香製作，好聞，沒體驗過，覺得很新奇。
📍位置
打車到八廓街、布達拉宮都是兩三公里。這裏歪個樓誇一下，拉薩的滴滴師傅真的整體都不錯，來了五天沒有一天打到臭車！
🥇審美
特別好看的藏式極簡審美！大堂一步一景，非常非常出片。每層樓的觀景區域也設定的很美，植物、傢俬、掛畫都很養眼。
🏨服務
堪比一線城市一線酒店，甚至更好。登記入住會有哈達、歡迎舞、甜茶、會一路幫忙提行李送到房間，講解房間設備使用。會有管家加微信，幫忙預約酒店活動。
🏠房間
到店給我升級了布宮觀景房。
酒店無電視、無電話。我真的太愛這點了，非常安靜！房間內有彩鉛和填色卡，可以寫寫畫畫。
每晚會送晚安甜湯，像是綠豆湯、紅豆湯，都是熱乎乎的。主要不甜！控糖星人愛了。
每層樓有洗衣房！來西藏能洗衣服的快樂誰懂啊！（主要是帶烘乾，第二天能幹！）

MM395186****環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

KKosmitaI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the property itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The views were truly amazing and made the stay even more special. The only area that could be improved was breakfast — while the options were good, it did feel a bit crowded at times and the variety could have been better. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

DDudubaobeibao國慶節前錯峯出行，偶遇拉薩馬拉松，酒店基本滿房，沒有錯峯成功[捂臉]。松贊能訂到的房間都是98平以上，3、4千的價格，但是住下來最滿意的還是松贊，預算充足或者按平時的價格，十幾天都會選擇松贊林卡。房間寬敞，典型的藏式風格，彌散供氧、供氧機、加濕器、取暖器[捂臉]塞滿一屋子！床品也是最舒服的，打算家裡安排一套一樣的[呲牙]！餐廳也是最滿意的，乾淨精緻比較合口味！不論是前台還是餐廳所有服務也是最好的，前台旦羅、德措，中餐廳見到比明星還美麗的藏族女孩達爾機，吃飯都是一種享受[偷笑]，都説松贊位置偏僻，我吃飯都在酒店，位置偏對我而言沒有影響，景點打車也都十多分鐘，沒什麼區別。酒店還有一個精品商店很好逛，買了很多，按會員等級有不同折扣！入住的這幾天剛好有點高反，幾天也都沒怎麼外出，在酒店休息很好，就當度假了！[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
