"The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel."

"這次入住錦江都城酒店整體體驗不錯。房間空間寬敞，佈局合理，住起來十分舒適。最貼心的是配備了加熱器和加濕器，即使天氣乾燥寒冷也能自在生活，還有家庭用製氧機，對有需要的客人來説是一大福音。不過美中不足的是，製氧機沒有配備導氧管，導致無法直接使用，稍顯遺憾。另外，預訂時宣傳的伴手禮在入住期間並未收到，樓下有粵菜餐廳方便！希望酒店後續能加強細節管理和服務落實。相信改進這些小問題後，入住體驗會更加完美，期待下次入住能有更好的體驗。"

"這次到該酒店連住三晚，酒店2024年開業比較新，房間比較大，也很乾凈，洗澡水很大，前台客服小央和姚經理，打掃房間阿姨，工作比較認真，洗衣機如何運轉，不懂客服幫忙去設定，前台客服免費幫我升級房間，酒店進出也很方便，有自己的停車場，早餐也不錯，品種比較多，午餐晚餐都可以在自己餐廳裏點餐，價格實惠，比外面低，味道也不錯，阿里大環線玩好後，再來入住。"

"We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."

IisonkwanLhasa'ya birkaç kez gittim ve bu şimdiye kadar kaldığım en şaşırtıcı oteldi. Ali'nin merkez hattından bisikletle geçtiğim için otele bir düzineden fazla paketi önceden gönderdim ve oteldeki arkadaşlarım hiçbir itiraz olmadan bunların tek tek depolanmasına yardımcı oldular.
Çevre: Otelin girişi nehre bakmaktadır ve çevre birinci sınıftır. Yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran bulunmaktadır ve alışveriş ve hazırlık için yakındaki Wanda ve Yonghui süpermarketlerine arabayla yalnızca 10 dakikada ulaşılabilir.
Tesisler: Otelin kendine ait yer altı otoparkı vardır ve bu oldukça kullanışlıdır. Ayrıca otelde oksijen tedarik ekipmanı da mevcuttur, böylece ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda oksijeni kendiniz açabilirsiniz.
Hijyen: Lobi, avlu, restoran veya oda olsun, oldukça temiz ve hijyenik olduğundan konaklama ve yemek yerken kendinizi rahat hissedebilirsiniz.

They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

MM319856****同事介紹的，感覺非常值！房間加濕器、吸氧機、茶、飲料、礦泉水等設施齊全。拉薩乾燥，提供護髮素，潤膚霜，我這個價格感覺非常值！還有早餐是到13點！我和同事都驚呆了。酒店對面都是餐飲，去布達拉宮很近。後面需要又續了4天。無論前台還是客房服務小姐姐服務態度都很好。每日都衞生打掃，送水和水果。我們工作需要，加送了很多次水，每次都反應迅速，很温柔耐心。如果後面私事需要入住拉薩我也會選擇此處，希望價格依然美麗呀！特別點評前台小晨和客房衞生小姐姐，温柔耐心細緻！
還有，可0.01元自助洗衣和烘乾！

MM860481****房間裝修設計是自己在眾多民宿中，一眼相中，非常有品位，磨毛床品、床墊、乳膠枕頭，紗幔，浴室用品每一樣都彰顯民宿主人的品位和用心。居住體驗非常滿意。民宿服務很好，細緻貼心，像彼此熟悉的朋友般，很愉快，民宿有一個灑滿陽光的花園，坐在那裡看書吃飯非常愜意，出了民宿所在小區，馬路對面直行十分鐘，就是一個公園，閑時發發呆，看看湛藍的湖水，很好的去處。都説來拉薩衹有一次和無數次，我想自己和雲水禪心也是還有無數次的約會。

MM53054****訂的基礎房型，已經足夠大了，有獨立客廳，很寬敞。拉薩的松贊比林芝山裡的松贊確實好很多，裝修各方面感覺都更到位（很漂亮，會讓人想拍室內照片那種），可能還是城市裡比較容易經營吧。
松贊這次住了兩個，總體都還滿意，但兩個缺點會讓人以後不想再住了：
1，沒空調。雖然西藏可能不太需要，但是對於怕熱的我來説真的很折磨，每個晚上都要被熱醒n次（8月底的房間温度在26度左右），還問酒店要了電風扇但是作用不大
2，早飯不行。之前在林芝南迦巴瓦峯的松贊感覺早飯沒東西吃，還能理解山裡物資困難，結果到了拉薩發現早飯居然基本一樣……

TTravel CatWe liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

MM17880****酒店比較新，氧氣充足。樓上天空之鏡可以遠望布達拉宮。喝茶聊天都很不錯。場地很大，適合團隊活動。管家扎西服務周到熱情。直接把客人帶到房間獻上哈達。早餐也算豐富。酒店位置也不錯。周邊有很多小超市，還有小飯館。
需要改進的地方就是衞生間是聲控的。時間間隔衹有十幾秒。略顯的不太方便。

__WeChat330299****來拉薩旅遊 住了同事之前推薦的酒店。這個季節酒店外面的環境很漂亮 剛落地有些高反上午不想出門就在在房間裏吸氧、曬太陽很舒服。個人比較注重房間衞生 也打掃得很乾凈 酒店工作人員態度也很好 貼心的給我提供了免費遊玩攻略。出門吃東西、去旅遊景點，也很方便。去布達拉宮走路20多分鐘就能到，性價比很高，強烈推薦！！！

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
