When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. "Otel personelinin hizmeti oldukça coşkulu. Oda ve koridorun hijyeni dün kaldığım marka bir otele göre daha iyi. Kahvaltıya zamanında yetişemedim, bu yüzden biraz Tibet eriştesi yemek için yan taraftaki Tibet çay evine gittim. Otelin girişine yakın yerlerde ve Barkhor Caddesi'nin ara sokaklarında elektrikli hoparlörlerin ”Elektrikli araçlar buraya park edilemez, çekilecekler...” diye çaldığı görülüyor. Yönetimin hâlâ çok katı olduğu görülüyor. Öğle vakti yola çıktım ve henüz herhangi bir ihlal bildirimi almadım sanırım burada kalan turistlerle ilgileniyorum. Gelecek ay tekrar gelin."

"IHG會員別從攜程訂這家，沒有積分，問前台結果前台也迷迷糊糊的，太晚了臨時就住下了，挺離譜的不是為積分本來也不想住的位置真的很偏了算拉薩西郊了，但是給升了房，打掃的服務員還比較專業也有禮貌。 房間內所有插頭都很難插，不是一般的難插，是用保温杯抵着充電頭像砸釘子一樣硬生生錘進去，一個插頭插了十分鐘滿身汗，第二天看見room service又給我拔下來了真是天塌了。🥹 插頭插不進去的時候用房間座機打前台電話發現打不通！衹能手機呼叫得到的結果也是：你用力就可以插進去了🙃 比起內地其他城市智選假日還是差啊，很差！這個價格雖然不貴但這麼運營的話乾脆把牌子摘了改民宿好了，不掛洲際牌子當個純民宿的話説不定還能讓人誇兩句。"

"據説這裏之前是尼泊爾的領事館，是一個自帶故事的酒店，有很多老物件擺放裝飾。還有個講述格薩爾王故事的博物館。 酒店在八廓街轉經道上，步行到大昭寺4分鐘左右，逛吃逛玩也超方便，地理位置絕絕子！ 酒店的風格是美麗的藏式風情，欄桿柱子都有漂亮的彩繪，不用出門就可以拍到漂亮的照片。 他家的庭院，吃飯喝茶就像在公園一樣。房間和公共區域都打掃得很乾凈，各種設施很齊全。吸氧機和加濕機都有，住起來很安心。 特別誇讚下房間裏的高原大禮包！面膜、護髮、精油卸粧、濕巾一應俱全。 工作人員態度也都特別好，有什麼需求都能及時迴應，還能免費參觀格薩爾甲波博物館，深入瞭解藏文化。實名誇讚下維色，格桑和錯姆三個漂亮的工作人員小姐姐。 酒店還可以免費體驗藏裝外穿（時間10:30-22:30），在庭院或八廓街拍照，贊爆了。入住還送10張庭院旅拍照。晚上如果想拍布達拉宮的夜景，到屋頂就能拍了，超值"

"The experience is quite nice in general, they provide room assistant and free laundry services up to five pieces of clothes each day. The environment is relaxing and clean. The staff are professional, nice, kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again, and also wanna give a credit to my room assistant 小雪 with her prompt replies and kind assists."

"Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip."

"The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!"
