My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably.
The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch!
I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery.
What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers.
If you're visiting Tibet, **this hostel is a must-stay**—comfort, care, and stunning views all in one! **10/10 experience.**

"拉薩逸扉酒店的設計巧妙地融合了現代簡約與藏地風情，既有國際化的精緻感，又不失在地文化的温度。
而真正讓這次入住從“舒適”昇華為“難忘”的，是前台工作人員張嘉穎女士的超五星級服務。
辦理入住時，她敏鋭地察覺到我脣色略顯蒼白、呼吸有些短促。立刻安撫獨自出行的我不要擔心，她的語氣平靜而專業，帶着一種能安撫人心的力量。
辦理完入住手續後，她親自把我送到房間，詳細介紹房間的彌散供氧系統如何使用，並幫我打開加濕器。添加了她的管家微信後，任何問題她都能及時回覆並幫我解決。
入住期間她也每天會詢問我的身體狀況，是否需要幫助。這一點真的難能可貴！高反真的太難受了！
離店那天，我因為航班時間晚，詢問行李寄存事宜。她主動提出：“我們可以為您保留房間到下午2點，高原旅行，保存體力最重要。”這份超出預期的體貼，讓我在離開時，心中滿溢着暖意。
在海拔3650米的拉薩，氧氣或許是稀薄的，但逸扉酒店所承載的人文關懷，濃度卻如此之高。張嘉穎女士，以及她所代表的酒店服務團隊，他們用近乎本能的熱情與專業，將標準化服務演繹成了充滿温度的個體關照。他們記得客人的需求，預判可能的不適，並在每一個細節裏，注入了一份對高原旅者的深刻理解與守護。
退房的時候，張嘉穎女士還準備了一份精緻的小禮物，她的笑容與那句“請慢走，歡迎下次再來”，連同拉薩清澈的陽光，一起成為了我關於這座城市最温暖、最明亮的記憶之一。"

"本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！"

IisonkwanLhasa'ya birkaç kez gittim ve bu şimdiye kadar kaldığım en şaşırtıcı oteldi. Ali'nin merkez hattından bisikletle geçtiğim için otele bir düzineden fazla paketi önceden gönderdim ve oteldeki arkadaşlarım hiçbir itiraz olmadan bunların tek tek depolanmasına yardımcı oldular.
Çevre: Otelin girişi nehre bakmaktadır ve çevre birinci sınıftır. Yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran bulunmaktadır ve alışveriş ve hazırlık için yakındaki Wanda ve Yonghui süpermarketlerine arabayla yalnızca 10 dakikada ulaşılabilir.
Tesisler: Otelin kendine ait yer altı otoparkı vardır ve bu oldukça kullanışlıdır. Ayrıca otelde oksijen tedarik ekipmanı da mevcuttur, böylece ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda oksijeni kendiniz açabilirsiniz.
Hijyen: Lobi, avlu, restoran veya oda olsun, oldukça temiz ve hijyenik olduğundan konaklama ve yemek yerken kendinizi rahat hissedebilirsiniz.

MM507613****這是我這麼久旅遊以前第一次住到這麼舒服的酒店，由於是淡季，人也比較少，進來的時候酒店人員會給你帶上哈達，以示歡迎，下午是有下午茶的，吧枱的飲料以及歡迎水果都是免費的，還有兩頂男女帽子，床邊擺放着療愈畫筆以及一本倉央嘉措的書，晚間也會送上一個保温瓶裏面裝着紅豆湯，很温馨，獨特的設計師風格帶上獨具當地特色的文化融合，讓人眼前一亮，比起許多老牌五星級酒店，無論是品質或服務，都是比較出類拔萃的.再看特色體驗：藏香製作，藏地六式，銅鑼沐，晨間轉經祈福，煨桑，冥想頌缽音療都是提前預約以及免費享受的，在這麼多深度項目中，配上窗外的高原風光與室內雅緻的傢俱陳設，成了一場遠遠超出預期的住宿體驗.

They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

TTravel CatWe liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip.

DDudubaobeibao國慶節前錯峯出行，偶遇拉薩馬拉松，酒店基本滿房，沒有錯峯成功[捂臉]。松贊能訂到的房間都是98平以上，3、4千的價格，但是住下來最滿意的還是松贊，預算充足或者按平時的價格，十幾天都會選擇松贊林卡。房間寬敞，典型的藏式風格，彌散供氧、供氧機、加濕器、取暖器[捂臉]塞滿一屋子！床品也是最舒服的，打算家裡安排一套一樣的[呲牙]！餐廳也是最滿意的，乾淨精緻比較合口味！不論是前台還是餐廳所有服務也是最好的，前台旦羅、德措，中餐廳見到比明星還美麗的藏族女孩達爾機，吃飯都是一種享受[偷笑]，都説松贊位置偏僻，我吃飯都在酒店，位置偏對我而言沒有影響，景點打車也都十多分鐘，沒什麼區別。酒店還有一個精品商店很好逛，買了很多，按會員等級有不同折扣！入住的這幾天剛好有點高反，幾天也都沒怎麼外出，在酒店休息很好，就當度假了！[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
