The hotel is located in the heart of Lhasa's city center, very close to all the popular attractions, saving us a lot of travel time and making getting around incredibly efficient. All three room types are well-designed and functional. The twin rooms are perfect for friends traveling together, while the king room is ideal for those who prioritize a good night's sleep. All rooms are equipped with oxygen supply and humidifiers, specifically designed to combat the dry, high-altitude environment. We slept exceptionally well every night and experienced absolutely no altitude sickness. The hotel maintains strict hygiene standards; hallways, guest rooms, and the restaurant are cleaned and disinfected daily, ensuring a fresh and clean environment. The service team is warm and attentive. Upon check-in, they thoughtfully explained how to use the oxygen and appliances, and daily housekeeping always replenished bottled water and snacks. Breakfast offered a good balance of meat and vegetables, with both ******* and Western options, satisfying everyone's dietary preferences. The hotel's overall ambiance is tranquil and elegant, a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. It allows you to experience the local Lhasa life up close while still enjoying a quiet resting environment. Booking multiple rooms for a group is also discounted and great value. This hotel truly offers an all-around excellent experience – it's definitely our top choice for accommodation in Lhasa!"

"The staff here is sooooo cool. As soon as I arrived, they took my heavy luggage and settled me in in a nice room. AC is icy cold, high speed wifi. Room is clean and essential. I had some struggle with using Wechat to pay with a foreign card, and they helped me adding cash to WeChat pay. I was feeling the altitude sickness and they helped me with O2 and effective medicine loco uses. Some details such as they use pressurized O2 bottle as supply instead of the cheap household regenerative ones. They don't charge for bottle of water. These gestures go a long way! Finally, the facility itself is a ******* style courthouse with an art store next to it and location is inside of Barkor street old town. This enabled me to explore near by foot. Even with DIDI, it was quite convient - just about a 5 min walk to get to the pick up spot. I like this place so much I extended my stay!"

"The location is excellent, and the service was good too. Both of our rooms got upgraded. However, the air conditioning in the west-facing room wasn't powerful enough; it couldn't cool down the room, so it was a bit hot at night."

"We stayed in the courtyard family room at the Atour Hotel Lhasa Potala Palace. The room layout was spacious enough for a family, though the only minor drawback was that it faced the hotel's inner courtyard, so there was no street view and less natural light, making the room a bit dim. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the old city. You can walk to the Potala Palace Square, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street in just 5-8 minutes. After a day of sightseeing, it was lovely to stroll back to the hotel without the hassle of constantly taking taxis, which made exploring Lhasa with children incredibly convenient. The room also had oxygen equipment to help with altitude sickness. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it for families. If natural light is a priority for you, consider booking a street-view room instead."

"Bringing family to Lhasa, our biggest concerns were altitude sickness and transportation inconvenience, and this guesthouse took good care of both. There was a free nasal oxygen concentrator in the lobby, and some rooms even had individual oxygen machines, which was reassuring for first-time visitors to high altitudes. The receptionist and owner were very attentive, reminding us not to rush, to drink plenty of water, and to rest as much as possible upon arrival. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. The rooms provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, making us feel clean and at ease with family. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently chatting with my parents and even offering suggestions for our next day's activities. Our stay felt very personal and welcoming, not just a cold, impersonal accommodation."

"Otel personelinin hizmeti oldukça coşkulu. Oda ve koridorun hijyeni dün kaldığım marka bir otele göre daha iyi. Kahvaltıya zamanında yetişemedim, bu yüzden biraz Tibet eriştesi yemek için yan taraftaki Tibet çay evine gittim. Otelin girişine yakın yerlerde ve Barkhor Caddesi'nin ara sokaklarında elektrikli hoparlörlerin "Elektrikli araçlar buraya park edilemez, çekilecekler..." diye çaldığı görülüyor. Yönetimin hâlâ çok katı olduğu görülüyor. Öğle vakti yola çıktım ve henüz herhangi bir ihlal bildirimi almadım sanırım burada kalan turistlerle ilgileniyorum. Gelecek ay tekrar gelin."
