"Upon entering the room, I found the bathroom and sink showed signs of use, with absolutely no cleaning or sanitation whatsoever. It's unbelievable that this is such a negligence on the part of a star-rated hotel. From check-in to check-out, I encountered numerous small problems. During check-in, someone ahead of me seemed to be asking for a receipt, and I waited a long time. Couldn't they have just called another receptionist to process our check-in? That's one thing, but the number of people and nights I booked was numerous, and the receptionist had to ask me several times during the check-in process. Can't they see this on the computer? As a star-rated hotel and a government-designated reception unit, this experience was extremely poor, not just a few minor issues. I usually don't leave reviews on bookings, and I can understand minor problems, but this was a completely unpleasant experience from beginning to end, which is why I have so many complaints."

"We stayed in guesthouses within the scenic area of ​​Nyingchi, and finally in Lhasa we could stay in a hotel! The location was very convenient; we could walk to the Potala Palace, and it was also close to the Tibet Museum, Norbulingka, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. There were also shopping streets nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel breakfast was quite plentiful (compared to the guesthouses we stayed in before). The snake tongues were relatively new. Although the alms offerings were only served at 8 pm, it doesn't get dark here until 8:30 pm, and we usually didn't get back until after 9 pm, so we were always within the alms offering hours while at the hotel. We slept very peacefully at night and experienced almost no altitude sickness. Thanks to the staff member Jiayi for her attentive service."
