"This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!"

"A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!"

"Well located within walking distance to the Jinan west high speed rail. Staff was friendly and helpful in recommending dinner options in the vicinity. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was sufficiently stocked and food was ok. Checkout was a breeze."

"This was a nice hotel close to the airport with a good, free shuttle bus service. A no-frills budget hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Though they could not speak any English, it was okay. I was really disappointed that there were no real cups, teaspoons, or eating utensils in the room. Only a couple of paper cups. I hate them! The breakfast was normal for the price you pay. But no breakfast cerials with milk. Overall, I had a peaceful and good nights sleep. Apart from the paper cups - no real complaints. On a final note. If I get to an Hotel early. Why can't the Hotel provide a recommended free VIP movie that is easy to open and watch? That would be nice."

"I have been in this Hotel many times and I go back anytime I am in Jinan. The place is very comfortable , the breakfast offers a great option of Weatern food. The laundry service works very well. For me Huatt Jonanos thebbest hotel in Jinan and I will go back there always when in Jinan"

"Disappointed, no suitable towel. just for single use but very small sizes like the one we use to wipe the face. there are still cigarette residues smoked by the previous guest."

"We stayed here a a quick relax from our flight and vacation in Sanya before driving home. Of course the Sheraton/Marriot Bonvoy reputation did not falter. We would definitely stay here again for a quick Trip or a longer trip. The hotel had all the amenities we needed. Food was delicious, room was amazing, the health spa areas were great. I love swimming outdoors when I can. The grounds were a surprise with a garden walk lead to have an outdoor BBQ stall (also connected to the bar we later found out). The room offered great views, fast wifi, and electronics for listening to music and for watching some TV. We would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it.
