"Excellent location that is just beside the Drum Tower. From the open garden at level 4, you can also get a great birdeye view of the Drum Tower. In the evening, street vendors filled up the areas surrounding the hotel and you will be spoil for choice of food. Reception is very polite and warm, and allowed us to have a 2 hours late checkout before our flight. We were also given a small memento of chrysanthemum tea and peanuts at check out."

"總體評價：會主動推薦給朋友的那種優秀 地理位置： 自有一個別致的小院子，鬧中取靜；門前有個美美的龍亭湖；出門往左走200米是好吃又便宜的興盛德，再走500米就是著名的清明上河園景區迎賓門；出門往右是知否顧二叔的樊樓，步行街，很多飯館，距離鼓樓也是步行可到的距離。有自己的地庫停車場，雖小但可用。出入地庫的坡度很陡，考驗車輛與膽量😂 房間： 訂了適合倆10歲+娃的大房間，兩張180大床，兩個乾濕分離的完整衞生間，但是有三個馬桶！三個！三個！二孩兒家庭一定懂得這裏麪的含金量。一個超大沙發匹配超大投影，全家一起看喜人，不要太爽！ 其他硬件： 洗衣房，隨時免費各種洗，出門玩，還可以留紙條，小姐姐會幫忙盯着洗完烘乾，打包收好。 兩台跑步機一台橢圓機，無數小啞鈴。還可以借瑜伽墊和磚。 早餐： 17歲以下不收費，房間都含餐，換言之，沒人查房卡，所有人皆可直接進門自助。最愛：豆漿DIY配齊紅豆圓子煉乳；豆渣餅DIY配齊各種配料不細數見圖片吧，豆腐腦DIY，波妞一樣可愛的餛燉，羊排，排骨…… 服務： 小姐姐小哥哥阿姨們全體熱情好客，check out還贈送了伴手禮。 誇太多了最後説一點還可以改進的地方： 1. 早餐如果炒菜特別是肉菜添加標簽説明是什麼肉會更友好。 2. 其中一個淋浴間玻璃門密封條不太密封漏水了。 3. 阿姨太想服務，8點10點兩次自己開門進屋要打掃，被請出。（貪睡人士表示嚇一跳但還好）"

"Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew. However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel."

"竹溪雙床房房間很寬敞，房間佈置的十分古樸，有圍棋和直飲水新風。1樓大堂有拓印體驗和書吧。前台小姐姐非常熱情。 酒店步行幾分鐘就可以到達清明上河園迎賓門入口，騎電動到其它景區和小吃店也很方便。前台微信號推薦的幾家小吃都非常不錯。 門前一條街有好多漢服租賃館，小朋友體驗了漢服拍攝，玩得非常盡興。"

"A classy and stylish hotel right beside the waterways of Millenium City Park, one of the city's highlights, especially at nighttime. Set in a posh little pocket of houses built in traditional style, we had a generous quiet room with sofa, comfy bed, beautiful clay bedside tables, a lovely little tea set and nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good as was the location, we walked along the lake shores to the guild hall and temples, then back again with a quick Didi ride to the drum tower night market. The hotel is easy to find down the private alley, on our map it was listed under the Chinese name Yun Wenxin Hotel."

"環境：整潔乾淨，裝修的很有風格，看有很多新婚的在這裏接親，足以見的真的很美。 設施：：齊全，用的東西都是品牌一次性，周邊配套都很齊全，離各個景區都很近，旁邊就有很多好玩好逛的，但是根本不會吵，很有古鎮的清幽感覺。 服務：服務超級好，耐心的給你推薦周邊的各種美食，好玩的，幫助拿行李，接送，免費停車，各種方面特別周到，離店還會有伴手禮，屬實沒想到，這次太倉促了，下次還要來！"

"開封唯一一個讓帶寵物的五星級酒店，對於愛動物的人來説非常友好。一進酒店大廳幽香的香氛味道讓人舒適，前台接待小姐姐和小哥哥衣着整理，面容友善，説話温柔，訂的房間衹有一張早餐券，試着問了一下能不能多送一張早餐券，小姐姐很友好的答應了，不駁人面子真好！因為帶了小貓給前台小哥哥詢問了貓咪吃飯的餐具，很迅速的提供了，還額外贈送了4瓶水。傍晚還贈送了一小份水果和若干零食，加分啊！我定的是雙人床房間，房間很乾凈沒有異味，説明保潔打掃的很認真，床褥很柔軟，一夜好夢，衞生間和沐浴間分離，設計的很好，燈光也柔和，不愧是開封七個五星級酒店之一的檔次標準！最後再説一句，尤其讓帶寵物真的超級加分，以後很多人不結婚不要孩子，養寵物會很普遍，那些老古董酒店還在高貴些什麼？！哈哈算了不捧一踩一了，既然對我和我的貓咪友好，以後會更多的支持寵物友好酒店。"

"I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay."
