"The hotel is centrally located, just a stone's throw from the iconic Kaifeng Drum Tower and bustling night market—we could even see the tower from our window. Set in the historic old town, it's within walking distance (about 20 to 30 minutes) of most major attractions.
The facilities are modern and well maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout: the toilet and shower are separated, and the wash basin is conveniently located in the living area.
Room service was excellent—everything we used was replaced, and drinking water was consistently replenished.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!"

"The location is very nice. About 5min.walk to the Millenium City Park. The facility is perfect. I suppose that the floor heating must be very nice in the cold season. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The fruit basket service and the souveniour are also highly appreciated. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I could stay at this hotel with low cost due to the slow season. Very good experience."

"在假期出遊計劃中，很高興來到河南開封，一個曾經被低估的藴含著厚重歷史和優秀品格的古城。整體感受優良，體驗感拉滿。其中不乏酒店帶給我們的服務，管家式一對一服務（訂票約車），早餐應對靈活高效（帶回房間、大廳臨時、拼桌體驗、美味蘋果），服務人員的育兒經驗（發揮特長、歡迎再來），開業時間不久（5個月，擔心的朋友可以早晨中午晚上各開窗通風半小時，每半小時的通風保障6小時國標的空氣品質，問題不大），孩子看電視無信號（瞭解情況果斷處理，在沒有同類房型可換的前提下，升級了原有房型，有被關照的感覺，家庭房很適合有小寶寶或兩個寶貝的家庭，我們還是更適合大床房兩大一小，無關價格適合最重要）。總體服務不是為了一次的滿意與認可，而是品牌的傳承與愛的關懷。感謝酒店寧願虧錢也不虧服務的做法，給外地遊客家的温暖，感謝每一張笑臉背後，那認真工作的人們，新的一年繼續加油！"

"帶孩子五天四晚的融合旅行。在衹有河南幻城兩天一晚的黃河文化薰陶後，在沒有提前準備攻略的情況下，選了三晚中州酒店。
帶孩子，衹考慮舒適温馨，不追求精緻新奇智能。作為一家老牌五星且評價有政府接待的酒店，初判符合標準。
晚上九點趕入住，大堂明顯看的出來當年的裝修標準，雖不新但仍見高品質。酒店主動作了客房升級，想了解大堂條幅上的活動，雖然已過期，工作人員直接找來了兩幅字春聯。
早餐種類過於豐富，水果、糕點、明檔、麪食、西餐簡餐、當地特色的牛羊肉湯，可以説應有盡有。餐廳擁擠的人羣、尤其是家庭帶孩子居多，顯示出高入住率，當下經濟環境既顯難得，實際又不意外。
插播一句，寫點評時，孩子找我聊天，我説在給酒店寫點評，她説要給五星好評哦。
繼續。每天打掃房間，保潔大姐拿出超標準數量的瓶裝水，主動提出更換床單被罩。在其他酒店收10元的浴缸膜肯定也是免費提供。
…
太多細節不劇透了。最後一天外面太晚，酒店主動提岀延遲到三點退房，對我而言特別意外。因為所有酒店從來都是最遲兩點。意外且，感動。最後趕火車時間緊張，工作人員主動幫我想辦法去更近的車站。
不想單獨讚揚任何一個人，每個人都值得誇讚。
五天四晚的行程，既感受到這裏的人們對土地和糧食的虔誠，又時刻感受到刻在骨子裡的天然的樸實和真誠。不管是景區還是絡邊，商業在這裏不是精明、算計，而是付出、為你，在這裏花錢好緣有點心甘情願的感覺。
任何人不必為上面的內容而有不切實際的期待，衹要用心，這片土地和城市不會讓人失望。
下次再來，就是從一大一小變成兩大兩小了。"

MMisafir KullanıcıI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost.
Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free.
The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

MM246245****房間很乾凈，毛巾是家裡洗乾淨曬乾的味道。有一天晚上去借洗衣機，布草房的洗衣機乾乾淨淨，和新的一樣。連洗衣機都這麼乾淨。我開燈的時候還勿觸了紫外線消毒燈。第一次見民宿會有這個。一次性的牙刷質量也更好！住了幾天，心裏想一定要來好評，但是忘記拍照了。地理位置也好，希望下次來還可以性價比這麼高！沒拍照，就放在開封遇到的🐱🐱吧

LLisa 丽莎This hotel is near the train station, but it's pretty far from the city center, and the traffic in Kaifeng is no joke. Like, seriously chaotic. If your whole plan is to hit up the main attractions downtown, just know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of time stuck in the car. That being said, the hotel itself came through in other ways. The laundry service? Absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver, especially when you’re running low on clothes. The staff were super sweet and helped us book a shuttle to the station, which made departure way less stressful. Our room was huge and I actually really loved the design—it had character. Overall, a good stay, just map out your timing if you’re planning to explore the city center.

Aandyd1987幾乎凌晨到達的開封，到達酒店已經是凌晨，前台小哥哥很有禮貌的給我們開了房間並告知酒店早餐，以及電源使用。酒店的地理位置離城牆咫尺之遙，去萬歲山和清明上河園打車衹要五分鐘，大堂裝潢非常詩興，酒店還分別為服務、衞生和早餐給了三張卡片，如有不滿意可以丟給前台退錢 20。同時，酒店還提供了盲盒以及各種增值服務。退房的那一天是酒店提供的送客服務，如果衹論酒店服務的話，那是相當 nice，值得五星。

EExpatFor some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.
