The hotel is located in the bustling commercial urban area of Kaifeng City and the center of colleges and universities. The hotel is surrounded by scenic spots such as Qingming Shanghe Garden, Drum Tower, Longting Park, Tianbo Yangfu, Wansui Mountain and Song Dynasty Martial Arts City. It can be reached in 10 minutes by car; the transportation and its convenience are adjacent to Henan University and the Yellow River Water Conservancy College, the Centennial University. The catering facilities of the border supermarket are mature. The hotel has all kinds of exquisitely decorated high-end rooms, each with thoughtful design and facilities, engraved with taste and elegance. High-fine and high-woven bed and bathroom cotton fabrics, whether you sleep soundly or take a relaxing bath, will give you gentle care and comfortable experience in zero-distance contact. The delicious love on the tip of the tongue, the noble enjoyment in the taste buds. The Chinese restaurant of "Chengxian Pavilion" is based on the combination of classic Cantonese cuisine and new cuisine, and specially integrates the new experience of exclusive dining dishes. The gluttonous feast is quite ceremonial. The chef's dedicated creation and the staff's dedicated service not only bring you a noble experience of a variety of delicacies, but also let you enjoy the fusion of classics and innovation. The hotel is also equipped with fully functional conference facilities, which is an ideal place for dignitaries to hold meetings, business banquets and weddings. Sincere feelings are in my heart, and I will accompany you. The hotel will welcome guests from all over the country with sincere service and a songful attitude. Best love. Zhisheng. Looking forward to walking with you all the way!
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost.
Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience."
