"This hotel was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, beautiful interiors and beds etc at the standard of a 4 star hotel. The location is good and within 15-20 mins walk to the city, close to the main train station of Granada. However, there were some fundamental aspects they need to improve on, the shower was producing very hot water even when turned to cold (this did settle after a minute or so but that was not ideal) and the shower tray sloped in the wrong direction so water was ponding on one end of the shower tray. The breakfast was not up to the standard I would expect for a 4 star hotel, avoid the English breakfast type food, but the other items were nice. WiFi Password was not immediately available or instructions for that, the staff were very helpful to provide it on a paper but that should be easily available without having to ask. Overall a good stay but those finer points detracted from the overall experience."

"Bonjour, Ok, dans l'ensemble, le 6/10 est la note idéale...joints dans la douche qui se décolles, traces d'humidités vieillissantes et noir dans la douche, dans l'ensemble assez propre, les installations high-techs sont bien mais aussi vieillissantes, ex : la télévision beuk, ainsi que le WC ”intelligent” qui s'ouvre, se ferme, se nettoie tout seul la nuit, et surtout une très mauvaise literie où, vous vous enfoncer, dès que vous vous coucher ! impossible de vous retourner ou bouger ensuite !! Ça c'est le pire ! Dans l'ensemble, ben, vous en avez aussi pour votre argent, quand vous réserver, vous savez que vous n'allez pas non plus dans un 4 ou 5 étoiles !!! Dommage pour le personnel qui est vraiment super sympa, et là 10/10! Un + également, nous sommes arrivés après minuit, après les heures officiels d'enregistrement, nous avons téléphoner prévenant de notre retard, et bien gentiment une personne à l'accueil est restée pour nous recevoir !! Merci"

"The hotel was in a convenient location close to the train station (around 8-10 min on foot). The staff were friendly and the service was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious and we enjoyed the views from the (small) rooftop pool. From the hotel, it was easy to walk to Puerta Elvira and through the old Arab district to the town center (around 20 mins). From there we caught the hop-on-hop-off Granada city tour trolley (9.6 euros per person for the day), which was a relaxing way to see the city. We also climbed the hill to the Alhambra, which was incredible. Don’t miss the Nasrin Palace! We appreciate that the Catalonia hotels make an effort to be environmentally friendly and we would definitely stay with them again."

"Great place at a very convenient location, just in the heart of the action! The only thing they can do to get better is to include a water boiler in the room so that guests can prepare their coffee in the morning or at least put a coffee maker in the room. Other than that everything was good."

"房間還可以，雖然有點老了，但是住得很舒服。服務特別好。餐廳環境，套餐，服務都特別好。 不喜歡：25€/天的停車位！給我安排了最小的角落裡的停車位，旁邊的車位還有消防門和滅火器。按道理來説，這裏衹有一個車位。我和酒店談了好幾次讓他們給我換個車位，但是他們就是不換，最後把兩個車位都給我了…這樣的價格的車位，我是想把車停好，如果我車沒停好，你給我三個車位我也不喜歡！ Esto es para los gerentes del hotel: estuvimos 2 días y pagamos 50€ por una plaza de garaje, me asignaron un parking que según a mi parecer ya estaba mal diseñado, ya que estando una puerta lateral （plaza 20）y con un extintor no debería existir ninguna plaza de garaje! Me asignaron la 19, si aparco bien yo no podría bajar del coche de lo pequeño que es la plaza y pedí que me lo cambiara, pero no me lo permitieron y la solución fue darme las 2 plazas…a mi personalmente me gusta hacer las cosas bien! Y más si pago 25€/dia una plaza de garaje, por 2 días fueron 50€. Si no puedo aparcar bien el coche aunque me asignen 3 plazas de garaje, sigue sin estar bien! Para el caballero, que sería el encargado de recepción la tarde del día 16 de agosto, un 0 por sus malas maneras y no hace falta hablar a la gente con desprecio, de hecho no fue en ningún momento capaz de hablarme en persona, sino por medio de otra persona y estaba delante de mi…fue una muy mala experiencia y una gran pena! Porque el hotel nos gustó mucho!"

"I arrived early, but the welcome from the check-in staff was very warm, and the one lady with the green dress, whose name I can’t recall, was super helpful and friendly, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, located opposite the Alhambra, and perfect for visiting the prime tourist attraction. It’s 12-15 minutes walk into the centre, so not far, however the walk back is slightly uphill and may prove challenging for some, fortunately buses regularly pass through so not an issue. Breakfast was lovely with some really good options. Room was a good size, modern and very comfortable. Additionally, each evening staff drop off a small pack of candy, which is nice. Many pros, but couple of cons: not many restaurants near by, as most are located in the centre, and as a lone female, walking back through the park from the centre feels a little eerie after dark, so best to get taxi/bus back. Pool is small and not heated, not an issue for me though. Overall, an excellent choice."

"Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Metro (ca 50m), die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Allerdings war es etwas unangenehm, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind da man gefühlt jeden Gast im Flur hört. Beim Frühstückssaal hätte etwas mehr Platz zwischen den Tischen für eine angenehmer Atmosphäre gesorgt vor allem da die Kellner schon gegen 8:45 (Frühstück gibt es von 07:00 bis 10:00) angefangen haben für Mittagessen zu decken."

"An excellent location right next to the cathedral, making it a prime spot for sightseeing. The airport shuttle stops on the main road nearby, just a 30-second walk away. There's also a small Carrefour on the same road. The room was clean, well-maintained, and with many plug points. However, the lifts were very slow, and the floor numbering was quite confusing. The check-in process took longer than expected, but the online check-out was seamless. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This hotel is a solid choice for anyone looking to stay near the centre with convenient access to the airport shuttle and local amenities."

"場所はとても便利です。 お部屋はオシャレなインテリアで落ち着きます。朝ご飯はつけませんでしたが、屋上テラスでクロワッサンとフリーコーヒーがいただけます。 シャワーのお湯は勢いがあまりなく、熱くなるのに時間がかかるのと、熱いか冷たいかでなかなか調整するのが難しいです。 エアコンが室内にありますが、どうやらセントラルヒーティングのもよう。つけても暖かくなりません。 コンシェルジュがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。が、一人しかいない時間もありました。基本的にはwhat'supでコンタクトするようなので、準備するとよいです。"
