The room has no air conditioner, we turned on the fan to breathe for five nights.
The carpet was very dirty. Lack of shampoo, body wash, hand wash & lotion. All of them were not ready when we stayed in. Some of the items were empty.
I couldn't agree that is a 4-star hotel.
Except for those negative comments, the staff were very kind and helpful, we are a family with two little kids, and preferred to change a room with a bathtub. Staff arranged for us to change rooms on the next day.
I do appreciate their kind help.
The location of the hotel is very convenient.
Close to supermarket and Metro.
If the hotel improves the room cleanliness and the air conditioner works normally. I will come back to stay again.

Good and relatively affordable accommodation. The room was ok for a single person but little bit small and without a fridge. There is a small mall next to the hotel, which is something positive. Generally I would recommend that hotel, if you are looking for somewhere affordable to stay in Paris.

Notre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement .
Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe.
Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique .

The Saint-Maury City Apar**ent Hotel is located in the southeastern suburbs of Paris, near the confluence of the Marne River and the Seine River. The hotel is conveniently located and is about a 5-minute walk from the Line 8 subway station. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are of moderate size, with plenty of hot water on the washbasin. There are a full set of facilities for simple cooking, such as an induction cooker, oven, microwave, pots and pans; the hot water flow in the bathroom is average. The small kitchen drain pipe on the passage may have a peculiar smell due to its age. Fortunately, the passage and the room are separated by a door, which does not affect rest. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk staff, which is suitable for late guests. We arrived at the hotel at midnight, and the staff was very enthusiastic and quickly completed the check-in procedures, which is commendable.

Close to metro station and bus station. A kettle is provided. But it's a pity that there is no air conditioning. There is no elevator. The stairs are quite high.

Hotel facilities are simple, but the traffic is extremely convenient, three minutes from the subway station. Go to the city center by subway for up to half an hour. The price is very favorable, the room is spacious, stayed for four nights, no dissatisfaction. The room is facing the inner garden and there is no sound at night. Continue to stay at this hotel next time.

The room is very big, much bigger than the European hotels I stayed in before. The front desk is also very considerate. All services are in place. There is also a small Chinese garden, which is perfect for taking photos. The overall feeling is good.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days.
Points of improvement:
1) The first day we were there there were vermin in the room. Evidence taken to reception. We got another room.
2) On the third day we were there, the fire alarm suddenly went off early in the morning, making a lot of noise for 10 minutes. The guests in the hotel did not know what was going on. No call was made from the staff so that we as guests know what is going on.
3)No telephone in the room. For example, if there is an emergency you cannot reach the reception. Then you would have to wait for the elevator (if this is still possible) or take the stairs down. (This if you have good mobility, otherwise it will be a problem)
4) Too bad the rooms are not cleaned daily. This is also to prevent vermin.
Pros:
1)The lobby looks modern.
2) I would like to compliment the lady at reception who works after 10 p.m. She helped us a lot.
3)Location was close to bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. Easy to go everywhere by public transport.
4) Nice spacious balcony
