Location wise, this hotel scores maximum. And next is their staff, polite, caring, helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk, she was super helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. We met the manager too and he was also very receptive of our suggestions and feedback. I guess Chennai being a big city getting a room of a decent size is not an easy task at all. So yeah, found the room to be really poky and tiny. One thing I've always got irked about in my stays in numerous 3 star hotels is the indifferent and step motherly treatment meted out to the toilet and bathroom. Lack of a dental kit, hair dryer in the bathroom, mat for the dry area, were very glaring. And, as everywhere else, the cleaning of the toilet/bathroom is very shoddy. The corners of the bathroom really was a huge put off and I think a lot more than just sprinkling of soap water and wiping off with a mop is required to spruce it up. The next sore point was the complimentary breakfast...ooooffff, those stone cold/rock hard idlis, the upma which looked like my granddaughter's play dough and tasted....Ehhhh!! Did I say *taste*? Sorry, I got that mixed up with tasteless, odourless, flavourless... It was just a huge mass of dampened sooji. Maybe the saying *Eat breakfast like a king* is unheard of in this hotel. And please don't fall prey to *free Wi-Fi* tag line, because no matter what time you check in, their server will inevitably develop a problem the next morning and you'll have no WiFi. Wish that they pay more heed to the fact that they are in the *SERVICE INDUSTRY*

Good location of the hotel. Excellent vegetarian food. Service is very good. They employ a number of differently abled persons. I admire this humane attitude of the management. Rooms are good. A little bit of refurbishing of the bathrooms would make this even more attractive. Overall i would like to use this hotel for my future visits to chennai. Strongly reccommond this hotel which is also a great value for money.

Room was good but breakfast was below average. We had breakfast included for 1 day. Service was poor, good trays were empty, i had to remind them several times for this. In the price i got the room, a microwave and a fridge should have been added to the room.

The room was neat and clean, and provided with all basic toilet items and running hot water. Centrally located, very close to egmore station & metro and 10 minutes away from chennai central rely stn. Surprisingly, the central ac was like so very effective, that i had to switch it off! the reception staff were also good snd courteous.

Co operative staff. So supportive attenders, reception staff. Early check in allowed. Addresses the concerns of the customer with responsibility and compassion. Spacious accommodation. No artificial photos in the site. What they have uploaded is exactly the same they provide. Easy acces to hospital, busstand, railway station in a limit of half kilometre.

Property is very near to chennai central railway station and it is walkable, though location is very near the area is not that good. These rooms are good only for solo travelers, not suitable for family. No blankets were given.

Stay was good in a prime place where you have all the transportation nearby bus and metro stations. Room was comfortable with single bed and ac. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Early checkin also available with additional amount. It’s my 3rd time booking.
